GoogleCan’t recommend this estate agency enough. Nathan give me a fair valuation and run me through the entire process. Good communication. Plenty of notice for viewings. This was backed up with Julie processing my sale throughout. Would highly recommend.

GoogleClee were excellent throughout the process of selling our house. From providing a fair and realistic valuation, to allowing us to get the house market ready without pressuring us. Pictures were great and the video walkthrough is a really important feature to minimise the amount of pointless viewings (and pointless cleaning!)- I imagine the conversion rate for Clee viewings is potentially higher than those of other agents due to this. Bookings were always booked in to suit us, and we achieved a timely sale (twice). Chris is an expert in his field and has been kind enough to consult and provide advice during our search for an onward purchase. I trust his knowledge and expertise and would absolutely use Clee again.

GoogleFrom the moment we first engaged with Clee they have been a dream to work with. From viewing our dream house, to getting our house on the market and sold in 5days. They made the process painless and were happy to answer all our questions along the way. They helped push our sale and purchase along even when dealing with less than helpful solicitors. From the day we viewed our house to the day we moved in was 4 months to the day. Thank you to all the team in the Morriston branch!!

GoogleLiars with sharp practice, accept offers then continue viewings, then ask you to up your offer to retain the house you are progressing on. Avoid as a buyer. They ignore you then expect instant response when they want communication from you. Chris /Abi to avoid in particular. We made a 500 mile round trip for a second viewing to clarify the land boundary on a house ahead of proceeding on an accepted offer while they were unknowingly to us still showing the house. After the second viewing we then lost and regained a buyer over a 24hour period and had the house sold under us. After tge viewing noone csme back to us yo ask if the land issue was resolved and if we werre proceeding, they were persuing another buyer who they gsined a higher offer from. We were then asked to get into a bidding war which we declined. We refused to deal with this outdated Gordon Gekko style practice. We have since found similar comments from other buyers. Good luck to all parties who buy through this unscrupulous uncommunicative agent. Its like being back in the 1980's or 90's. Gazumping practice is their thing.

We appreciate it can be frustrating when there are multiple bids on a property. We are bound by the terms of the estate agency act and we must relay all offers received to our vendor. It is ultimately our vendors decision which offer they would like to proceed with.

GoogleGreat company. I had my house for sale with another estate agent for 9 months with very little success. I then went with CTK in Morriston. My house went on the market on Friday and I received a full asking price offer 5 days later. Darlene was amazing at keeping my updated and chasing things through. Would highly recommend.
