GoogleVery easy to deal with and they were very helpful on completion day. We had a very late exchange and completion and they waited until very late in the day and even helped to carry some boxes into the house. Great service.

GoogleI was supposed to view a rental property with clee llandovery on a Saturday, to be told that the viewing was no longer available....are clee just in it for the views?! To be let down last minute is disgusting no wonder these properties stay on the market for months on end..if only the owners knew!!

GoogleRecently sold our property through this agent. Karen saw us through every stage and was an absolute delight to interact with. Very professional, informative and took fantastic photos that enabled us to sell to the first viewer, after only two days on the market. Communication was great and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Highly recommend.

GoogleIf I’d gone with two other agents they would have cost me £20k! Not only did Clee obtain the price I wanted it sold within an hour as they had a register of investors can’t fault them, perfect advice, always had my back. Chris told me that he was on my side in a teeny dispute and it was solved. Truly professional, timely communication, simply 10 out of 10. Other estate agents were pushing for modern auctions, Chris said no and he was right. Go Clee every time

GoogleWe purchased a property through Clee Ystradgynlais in 2024 as first-time buyers, and unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing. Before completion, a neighbour had raised an ongoing rat infestation in the attic to a former employee who has now left the company, but this information was never disclosed to us at any stage. We only discovered the issue after moving in, which highlights a serious lack of communication and due diligence. As a result, we have had to spend a significant amount of money trying to resolve the problem, costs that could have been avoided if we had been properly informed. This has caused considerable stress and put a strain on our savings as first-time buyers who relied on transparency throughout the process. Clee initially offered £250 as a goodwill gesture, later increasing it to £500 considering they claimed they were not at fault however this suggested some acknowledgment. However, after the Ombudsman passed responsibility to the previous owners, this offer was withdrawn entirely from Clee. This felt very disappointing and lacking in accountability, given the impact this situation has had on us. While we do recognise that not all staff were at fault and did their job, the overall experience was tainted by poor communication and the handling of a serious issue. Still this year we have had to pay out more to ensure this does not happen to anyone else again with no compensation. Overall, this has been a stressful and costly experience. We would strongly advise others to be cautious and ensure all property issues are thoroughly investigated before purchase. I hate to leave a bad review but hoping Clee will learn from this mistake and take accountability one day that they were apart of this and let us down and lost our trust.
