Fantastic local estate agents, would highly recommend Abu and Sian have helped with every query every step of the way. Together the team sold my property for more than any other local agent estimated the sale price. The team even went the extra mile and retrieved personal documents of mine from the property that were left behind. Through the entire sales process the staff at Clee were always available and eager to help. I'll happily refer family and friends to them, and will use them as an agent myself in the future.

GoogleDisaster from the start. When we had our initial offer accepted, they told the vendor that we were not in a position to proceed when we were and we told them this. This lead to the property continuing to be shown and we ended up paying more than our initial offer because other offers had come in. It was only because we knew the vendors and they wanted to sell to us that we got the property. One of the other people who had their offer subsequently rejected was then told that the vendors were selling to a neighbour. There are only 4 neighbours to the property which lead to this person knocking on the neighbours’ doors to find out who had had their offer accepted leading to hers being rejected. Completely unacceptable breach of privacy. We were glad to receive the keys so we never have to deal with this company again.

GoogleAs a first time buyer, I could not speak more highly of the sales team at Clee in Morriston. Having used multiple estate agents in my search, Clee were certainly the most pro-active and approachable, providing me with friendly advice and support which was much needed. A huge thank you to Darelene and the Chris', an absolute pleasure getting to know them all through their service. I am very grateful for the team and their efforts in supporting me and I couldn't imagine myself using anybody else in the future!

GoogleHaving made the decision to sell our home after 25 years, we contacted the Pontardawe branch of Clee Tompkinson and Francis. The valuer turned up promptly, was respectful of the house and listened to our views. The quality of the marketing was exceptional resulting in the sale after just 48 hours. The whole team, particularly Josh, Rob and Carol, were professional, friendly and made selling our home as stress free as possible. The weekly updates on progress without prompting by us were very welcome. We would not estimate to highly recommend the Pontardawe branch of CTF estate agents to anyone considering selling their property.

GoogleGreat service from Clees Pontardawe in a challenging market but we got a buyer for our property. Not only did they show all prospective purchasers around but they kept us up to date with follow up information and more importantly helped us to keep the legal process running after a sale had been agreed liaising between solicitors and parties. Full of knowledge, covered everything we wanted to know and what she knew about the property. She took her time explaining in detail everything about the property, showing us the house. The whole experience was superb, Tracey has treated us more like family than clients. Gone above and beyond in our quest for our first home.
