GoogleHad a fabulous experience with the team in Llandeilo. They were incredibly friendly, professional and extremely patient! Special thanks to Ellie who I am sure has been to the property far more time than she would like but never hesitated when I kept asking to go back to view the house. The regular updates on progress were a great support and the honest advice was invaluable. I would have no reservations about recommending Clee Tompkinson and Francis. Thank you!

GoogleClee listed my property for sale in June & it completed in August. ⭐ 7 week turnaround ⭐️ Celyn, Jan & Rhys make a wonderful team. From the initial valuation with Jan, right through to completion, the team was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Their marketing strategy was spot on, the photos and listing really showcased my home at its best, attracting a lot of interest right away. Within a week of the property being listed, we had received four viewings and a couple of offers! Communication from Celyn was always clear and timely, and she made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. I really appreciated their attention to detail and dedication to getting the best result. If I can offer sellers / buyers any advice, it would be to ensure you have a trusting and competent team of estate agents and solicitors. Thank you / Diolch to the whole team, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clee to anyone looking to sell their property.
We really appreciate your 5-star feedback. Knowing you had a positive experience with us is what we strive for every day. Thank you again for your trust and kind words.

TrustpilotWould not recommend them to anyone!
We had their Manager from Carmarthen Branch to give a market appraisal today. What a waste of time! Showed him round all the vast, very substantial improvements carried out since buying our house five year ago - to make it a truly eye catching smallish equestrian property for a growing family not seen anywhere in this area ready to move in ! His valuation was ridiculous and laughable! Out of courtesy, didn’t show him the door, instead told him politely the subject is closed. Did he stop? No! Carried on with his verbal diarrhoea! He is a “know all” man, by far the worst we had ever come across, having moved house 12 times across the South East and Wales !
Thank you for taking the time to review. We are really sorry to hear this experience. We will look into this internally and want to wish you the very best for the future.
