GooglePleasure dealing with clee on what was a complicated transaction. Julia and the team were first class. Would highly recommend this estate agent, and I've dealt with many.

GoogleI cannot recommend Clee in Port Talbot enough. Julia and her team have done an excellent job in arranging the sale of my late fathers house. From the outset they were very knowledgable and clearly know the local market well. They were very efficient in getting the house listed and provided timely updates where necessary. I was selling the property from a distance and they ensured this went as smoothly as possible. They're selling fees were also competitive when compared with other local agents.

GoogleI’ve been a private tenant with Clee at Pontardawe for nearly 4 years and have always had wonderful and professional communication with all the staff there, particularly Emma from the letting department. Any queries have been dealt with quickly and I have never felt like there wasn’t anything they wouldn’t help me with. Highly recommend Clee!

GoogleGirls were ver friendly and appeared to be very helpful. Made me jump various hurdles due to my circumstances and still turned around at the end of the call and said that they weren’t going to start the referencing process, even though I was very much under the impression that it had already started. Disappointed to be honest, after having my hopes built up yet again! I’d agreed a guarantor AND 6 months payment up front… what more can someone do? I hope my situation was just a one off because I couldn’t even finish the call I was so gutted Surely 6 months rent up front is better than an empty property…?
