GoogleHad a great experience with ctf purchasing my first home - really friendly & helpful staff and always great communication. Encountered a lot of agencies in my house search and a lot of unethical practises but ctf were a dream!

GoogleStaff are so rude. Wouldn’t recommend going with clee! Spoke to Sarah on the phone & felt awful when I got off as the way she spoke to me.
We are sorry you felt the need to leave this review, issues involving rent arrears and property damage can be difficult to discuss. We would encourage you in future to engage with us at an early stage if issues occur so we can resolve them amicably.

Ashleigh was very helpful and quick with getting back to me with any enquiries I had. Tracey was also extremely helpful with the progression of the sale. Thank you Clees !

GoogleMy partner and I recently bought a property via CTF, and the service we received was exceptional. The staff were friendly during the house visits, and they got a really good sense of the sort of property we were after. When our dream house came on the market, they swiftly contacted us and we proceeded with the purchase. We were regularly updated throughout the purchasing process, and any queries we had were addressed within hours. A special thanks to Carol, who honestly took the stress out of what can be a very stressful time... thank you as well for the hamper! I can highly recommend CTFs services.

GoogleSold and bought through Clee Pontardawe. Excellent service throughout the sale and purchase from Carol Roseblade. Communication from Carol was second to none, called each time when there was update on progress. Answered or got the answer to each question we asked. Explained the process when we were in doubt to reassure us, clear and made us felt at ease. Brilliant service and highly recommend!! Credit to Carol!!

I recently sold my house with Clee and I was really pleased with the way they conducted everything from start to finish. The staff were very helpful and supportive throughout. I had previously contacted other estate agents but was most impressed with Clee so I'm glad I waited. I would definitely use them again.
Apologies for the delay, we have only just starting using this review service. Many thanks for your kind words and review. From all the team at Clee Tompkinson Francis Estate Agents.
