It's an excellent experience to work with Jenniffer and Hanane of Century 21 Putney. They are super quick to respond to my queries, found me new tenants and concluded the deal quickly. They are also super helpful to help me on work they don't have to. Highly appreciated and I would refer them to my friends and anyone.

Jenniffer was the 1st agent I saw for my property search and found her to be pleasant, courteous and very helpful. The property she showed me was the place that I took. Jenniffer was really helpful during the signing of the tenancy and inventory and made the process run smoothly and hassle free. I would recommend Century 21 and Jenniffer to anyone.

Such an amazing team and amazing service. When I thought all was lost in my search to find a tenant for my flat, Hanane and Jenniffer stepped in and took control. Within a week there were viewings and lots of interest. It took only a few weeks to find the tenants who move into my property next week. They could not have done enough to help. They made it easy for me to sign up with Century21, which allowed me to focus on settling into my new role and a new country more than 6000 miles away from home. I know they had my interests at heart the whole way through the journey. I can’t thank them enough.

Google0 stars out of 5 if I could! He consistently told us that he'd had lots of offers and we needed to raise ours. When we spoke to a different member of staff on the listed office number, he told us not a single offer had been made. 4 weeks after an offer was made, a mortgage had been accepted and solicitors were instructed, Peter Bennett waited until we had paid our solicitors their fees, paid £1500 for a extended survey and then had the indecency to email me at 8pm on a Sunday night telling me that he had sold the property to someone else as 'the whole process should have been completed in 4 weeks'. He also made derogatory comments about our female financial adviser working part time and being poor at her job. When my partner went to the office the following day to confront him he hid behind a door and refused to come out. Absolutely disgusting service and cost us over 2k. Since going to other viewings, other local estate agents have told us how Century 21st have a poor reputation and told us to avoid them.

GoogleWe let a property over 3 years and we always had a kind a professional relationship with Century 21 Leytonstone. When we left we had discrepancies with the Landlord affecting our deposit. We are very grateful for the professional and neutral approach by Zafer and the rest of the team, who patiently dealt with the issue and intermediated between us and the Landord. They eventually manged to reach the best possible agreement between both parties and our deposit was refunded in full. Thank you very much and congratulations for the good work.

They offer good advise without having to ask for it and make purchasing a property very enjoyable.
