GoogleHave used Prospect in Aldershot several times now to find tenants for various rental properties that I have. Unlike some other agents used, the process has been fuss-free, properties have been let without any delays, and the handover process for me to take on the management of these tenants has been very smooth. It is a shame that some of my properties are slightly out of their catchment areas as it would be nice to use them for my entire portfolio.

GoogleEdited review! Originally I did post a positive review but after living at the property for nearly a year I have revised it. I feel as though the company favours the seller more than the buyer as they receive a large amount of percentage from them. A lot of information was withheld from us and the quality of the house was not that great quality. Natasha was a great assist when we visited to view a property. I believe she no longer works here. Friendly and was able to answer our questions in regards to the property and was able to swiftly help us arrange a second viewing. Keep up the good work 👏

GoogleCastles were always professional very communicative and constantly on the ball through the whole process. I wouldn't go with any other estate agent. I worked with Tom Reynolds, he is fantastic at his job. I do not have enough kind words to say about him and I don't have a single negative to say about him. He always had answers for my questions and on the rare occasion he didn't he always found out the answer within the next hour and got back to me promptly.

GoogleIn the time I have been in touch with Daniel and the team at Castles -Waltham abbey, the level of consistent communication and support has been amazing. Not once have they forgotten about me during my property search and they have gone out of their way to send me ideal properties (not just send me any old thing but particularly ones that would be great for me). For months on end, they’ve shown consistent support and been especially kind. I am very grateful to have come across them and will definitely be in touch in the future.
