George and his team managed the sale of our late mum and dads property in the Abbey. My sister and I had 2 other local estate agents in and found one of them rude and disrespectful, the others were fine but the vibe we got from George was kind respect and offered his condolences straight away, also took his shoes off when entering the home . All of these are small points but when you are selling the family home which has been much loved and cared for these small details show the mark of the man ! . George didnt sell the property, we did privately but we used him to manage the sale which took the stress and upset away from my sister and I. Thanks George, very happy . Dan & Andrea

We had 3 agents round to discuss how to sell the house. Daniel at Castles gave us a different approach to the others which we liked. We instructed on the Saturday, it went on the market on Tuesday after they took photos etc because of the Bank Holiday (Monday). 6 couples booked a viewing on the following Saturday. 4 arrived and we had 2 offers on the Monday. We accepted the highest offer and completed in very short time, No fuss, no hassle, all good communication. Can't believe it and I am talking about an estate agent.
