GoogleDon’t usually go out of my way to login and write reviews regardless of the experience, but the experience I had here with Dexter was exceptional. I came into the viewings with a considerable amount of stress and had very specific requirements for the property I wanted to view, Dexter went out of his way to ensure I was looking at properties that suited my annoyingly specific criteria, as well as this he was especially accommodating and laid back, gave me the time of day without rushing and this helped me relax and have a clear mind throughout the process. I’m really used to having sub par experiences with estate agencies so I had to give a shout out to Dex.

GoogleI rented out my house through Prospect, formerly Castles, for 8 and a half years. I felt that they were not strong enough in making sure that they considered my position. They were good at communicating with me but seemed to become a mouthpiece for the tenants view. For instance, the fence and garden gate were damaged/ fell off, a couple of times. The tenants claimed that the wind was at fault! This was just accepted at face value. I just paid up every time. This was the main reason I evicted the tenants. They left damage, didn't have the house professionally cleaned, left rubbish and stole some items. I have made an official complaint to the agency that they could have tried harder to prevent this. It was the tenants responsibility ultimately, of course. I have not had my complaint acknowledged 2 weeks later.

GoogleGreat service from the team at Prospect. They have looked after two of my properties for many years now and I always get great service. Matt and Kelly are particularly helpful. Everything is well organised with detailed reports, and quick resolutions to any repair works or fixes by a good team of contractors. I would recommended them to any residential landlord.

GoogleI should not give that one star itself and have got that much frustration with Prospect and their home. They haven't done any checks before handing over the home to me and it's been a week since I am struggling to get my issues sorted. Worst service by prospect and no one is responding promptly. I don't want to name people here and please check with other agencies for good home if you are looking for your family.

GoogleWe thought it's a best estate agents in UK but after getting frustrated experience, we are thinking it's one of worst estate agents. Their poor service and maintenance problems before handing over keys to new tenants makes us very bad and we are suffering till now and it's been a week. You won't get proper response from anyone and they will simply tell apologies. Better choose another agency if you are looking for good and better homes.

GoogleI have had a really great experience with Prospect Aldershot. Natasha who was the sales rep for my transaction was a joy to deal with. The property Natasha sent our way was an excellent fit for our requirements. Unlike various agents that would spam you with any and everything just to get a sale, even when they know it clear does not fit your requirements. From initial engagement, to the viewings, to communication, negotiations - all were professionally done. Even when we could not complete on the purchase for various reasons, Natasha handled that ever so graciously. Like other reviews on here, I would highly recommend her as a point of contact for your transaction.

Natasha made my viewing experience an absolute pleasure, showing me multiple properties in a short space of time and making sure all of my questions were answered. I’ve since placed an offer and Natasha has been super helpful and prompt in answering any follow up questions. Honestly, couldn’t ask for a better estate agent experience as a first time buyer.
