Do not waste your time renting with this company, 3 years, two separate properties. Only to get screwed over each time for things that should be considered wear and tear, like some thread coming loose on a blind or a few marks on the skirting boards (the house was rented to a mechanic). Property management is shocking and is beyond rude every time we’ve had to deal with them. Everything is the tenants fault. Avoid avoid.

I cannot thank Demi from the Aldershot Branch enough, you hear of some horror stories of some estate agents, but this young lady has gone well above and beyond what would be required, she has been totally professional, shown an enormous amount of care and kindness, as I am an older person with disabilities, she has me so much help with the solicitors to the point were she gave me a lift to them as they are out of town, this was just one moment of kindness amongst many other kind gestures she has done for me throughout my sale and purchase. Nothing has been too much trouble, Demi maintained regular contact to ensure I knew what was happening and to put my mind at ease. I really don't think I could have got through this process without her. Thank you so much Demi.

Simply the best estate agent I've ever used. Jordan went above and beyond to ensure my sale went through to completion. He even had to do the work of another estate agent, which I was purchasing from, as they were dragging their feet. Always professional, friendly and willing to help, no matter what. Edited review! Originally I did post a positive review but after living at the property for nearly a year I have revised it. I feel as though the company favours the seller more than the buyer as they receive a large amount of percentage from them. A lot of information was withheld from us and the quality of the house was not that great quality. Natasha was a great assist when we visited to view a property. I believe she no longer works here. Friendly and was able to answer our questions in regards to the property and was able to swiftly help us arrange a second viewing. Keep up the good work 👏
