GoogleRented only once thru an agency and they've been awful, we offered more money and asked to make sure mould has been treated and that it was cleaned properly and noone has been done, Kelly Evans have been extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the whole renting so we had to contact the landlord for help, so we moved out earlier as couldn't stand the stress for the money we were paying, never again will I rent with an agent.
Hi Iwona Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, we are disappointed to hear you have been unhappy with our service, this has been passed on to one of our senior management team who will be in touch with you shortly.

GoogleDuncan and his team did a great job in marketing and selling our property. We had a bit of hard luck along the way with buyers dropping out (no fault of Castles or ourselves!) but Castles were there to supply new prospective buyers and securing offers almost immediately after. We got there in the end and Duncan worked tirelessly to ensure the sale went through. Great work by all. Thank youPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Thanks Paul and Michelle for taking the time to post your lovely review. Thanks again for using Castles. I hope you are settling in well! Kind Regards Duncan and the team.

GoogleWe have recently completed on a property which was being marketed by Castles. We first spotted the house at Christmas and even though it was the holiday period we organised two viewings in quick succession. Zoe was really proactive, helpful, friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. Zoe called regularly, sometimes just to check in and make sure everything was ok. We found the Castles team in general to be both personable and professional. We completed last week and are now living in our new home, thanks to Zoe and all at Castles!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Thanks Ian, I'll make sure Zoe knows you were happy with how she helped you with your purchase!

GoogleWe purchased a property marketed by Castles in Aldershot in July 2019 and highly recommend them. After viewing one property with them, one of the team got in touch to let us know about another we might be interested in before it was widely marketed. It was exactly what we were looking for and we feel very fortunate to have secured it. Duncan, Ellie and Ian were always a pleasure to deal with; they responded quickly, kept us informed of progress and gave useful advice, including on our sale through another agent. When we ran into difficulties with the first solicitor we had appointed, they quickly helped to sort another out and made sure the transition was efficient. I was grateful for Duncan’s patience when sorting a date for exchange and completion on the property we were selling (through another agent) was proving difficult. We hope we don’t have to move for many years but would definitely look to use Castles again if we did.
Hi Nicola, thanks for taking the trouble to post a review, very kind of you. We hope you settle in well to your new family home!

GoogleCastles have been superstars! From start to finish, they have been professional, organised and made the process of renting my fathers property following some difficult circumstances a refreshingly simple process. Tenants were found and vetted quickly, we received good advice on various issues and look forward to a long term relationship with Castles. Would recommend to others looking for a reliable, solid agent.PositiveQuality, Professionalism
