Castles Aldershot reviews

Don’t usually go out of my way to login and write reviews regardless of the experience, but the experience I had here with Dexter was exceptional. I came into the viewings with a considerable amount of stress and had very specific requirements for the property I wanted to view, Dexter went out of his way to ensure I was looking at properties that suited my annoyingly specific criteria, as well as this he was especially accommodating and laid back, gave me the time of day without rushing and this helped me relax and have a clear mind throughout the process. I’m really used to having sub par experiences with estate agencies so I had to give a shout out to Dex.

Investment is the best way to generate more income for yourself, trading and investing on a top-notch platform with a trustworthy, dependable and steadfast Forex trader like Michelle Michelle Mildred, I earned a profit of 30%-100% daily and a total of $7,000 after 7 days of effective trading and mining on my account. With the minimum capital of $1000, I watched my profit grow daily until I made my withdrawal successfully through the market. The time and efforts you had put into this work that is beyond excellence. Take my cordial thanks! You are really an efficient, organized and result-oriented woman, I strongly recommend Michelle Mildredcontact her viaEmail: michellemildred@gmail.comWhatsApp:+1(910)227-4380

I can not rate Castles highly enough, especially Duncan Pate! I had a particularly difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor and Duncan was on their back every single day. If it hadn't been for Duncan's terrier-like persistence I wouldn't have completed as quickly as I did and I might have lost the buyer. I would definitely use them again and would want Duncan to represent me where possible. Well worth 5 stars.

Duncan and his team provide a first rate service, and go above and beyond in what you would normally expect from an estate agent. I recently purchases a lease hold property, and Duncan's legal knowledge about the process was extensive. I was also offered help with photocopying and signing paperwork. Furthermore, I was given regular updates on progress, and even chasing on the legal side.

Duncan and his team were excellent when selling our house with Castles. Viewings came thick and fast and we were under offer within a week. The team were always quick to help, and Duncan really showed his experience with the final push to exchange. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, especially having both bought and now sold our house with them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Natasha has been amazing! Very friendly yet kept it professional and made the whole process super easy. Ran through every question I had as well as the after sale process which no other agent had done! Overall it’s been a fantastic experience buying through Prospect and I couldn’t recommend them and Natasha more to anyone who’s looking at buying their next home. Thank you!

Castles couldn’t have been more helpful when my son chose his first home. Kate was the person we had help us and she was absolutely superb. Any questions/queries were quickly answered and honestly nothing was too much trouble. She was professional, courteous and always willing to go the extra mile. Thank you so much Kate, you’re a credit to Castles.

Really great experience with Prospect Aldershot. Natasha made my viewing experience an absolute pleasure, showing me multiple properties in a short space of time and making sure all of my questions were answered. I’ve since placed an offer and Natasha has been super helpful and prompt in answering any follow up questions. Honestly, couldn’t ask for a better estate agent experience as a first time buyer.

Have used Prospect in Aldershot several times now to find tenants for various rental properties that I have. Unlike some other agents used, the process has been fuss-free, properties have been let without any delays, and the handover process for me to take on the management of these tenants has been very smooth. It is a shame that some of my properties are slightly out of their catchment areas as it would be nice to use them for my entire portfolio.

Viewed 2 houses this weekend with Natasha and I would just like to say what a refreshing experience it was. She had good knowledge on both properties and answered any questions we needed answering to the best of her ability. Having had previous bad experience with other estate agents from different companies I walked away with a brand new experience. Thankyou again and I highly recommend prospect and especially Natahsa.
