GoogleFelt poorly treated today. Embarking on buying our first place, made to feel like we could not even secure a viewing without divulging information regarding deposit and financial situation apparently so that the sellers time isn't wasted, despite having a DIP for a mortgage and sharing our budget. Every other agent we have registered with has been satisfied with a DIP to commence viewings. Frankly, until we are in a position to make an offer to buy we shouldn't have to divulge more than that. Totally inflexible on this point, so we were unable to view the property. Seems like if you are a cash buyer or going in with a big deposit you are treated differently.

GoogleGreat experience with Natasha from prospect Aldershot. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Even offered help outside of her job roll with contracts on a property my mum lives in tied to another estate agent. Great service.

GoogleThe agent, Natasha, met me at the property on-time having kept me up-to-date and having quickly answered all my questions in the days before the viewing. Upon greeting me she patiently showed me round the property and was completely professional and a delight to speak with the entire time. I canny recommend her highly enough.

GoogleNatasha is great! Just I saw two properties and as she presented made me to think to both. She let me privacy to figure how will arrange the house if I'll buy. However I placed offers. Well done Natasha! Thanks!
