GoogleCannot praise Castles enough (especially Steve and Peter) for all their help during the buying process. Most notable was when our mortgage valuation fell way under, and late on a Friday evening Castles found house values for 3 other properties on our road to try to sway the valuers. Highly recommended.

GoogleEstate agents generally don’t have a great reputation do they? Well myself and my family needed to sell our house in order to relocate to another part of Essex and so I went into the process with my concerns. However I found Daniel and Tom at Castles to be very professional and up front throughout. There were one or two hiccups along the way (not the agents fault) but they were dealt with very well - buying and selling houses is stressful! I found them both to be very approachable and gave me straight answers. They were also very good with chasing up solicitors, liasing with the vendor agents and guiding me through the process. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!
