GoogleHaving dealt with Tom over the last couple of months i couldnt be happier with the service i received .. Tom would always respond to me quickly whether it was by email or telephone if i had a question or a query .. Would highly recommend castles as they are simply brilliant and made my purchase feel very unstressful

I dealt with most of the estate agents in the area and these are the most professional and organised, they get the job done. Both Daniel and Thomas dealt with the sale and a new purchase for me, I would definitely use them again. Amazing team and they deserve all the praise they get.

GoogleIn an industry that is blighted by poor reputation you would be forgiven for approaching a house purchase with a degree of trepidation... Unless that is, you are lucky enough to be purchasing through Castles of Farnham, where Steve and his superb team offer a refreshingly honest, consultative and caring approach to selling houses. We had a specific requirement and our brief was adhered to completely, with no wasted viewings of houses that weren't suitable. In fact so committed to our requirements were they, that we bought the only house they showed us. It serves to prove that getting it right first time is possible when you take time to understand your client's needs. Inevitably, there are bumps in the road to completion and our purchase was a complicated one. Steve's attentiveness, good advice and ability to arbitrate when required smoothed out those bumps and made completion possible where others would have failed. So, if you're looking to buy or sell in the Farnham area, you'd do very well to have Castles acting for you. 10/10...

GoogleDaniel & Tom helped with the sale of my home. They were very proactive in finding potential buyers and our property was on the market not even a week when an offer was put in. During the conveyancing process, they were quick to liaise with solicitors, our buyer and us (the vendors) to ensure a smooth and quick process! I couldn't recommend them enough!

GoogleI phoned to arrange a viewing and spoke to a rather unpleasant individual who asked lots of questions and told me only a selected few would be 'allowed' to view the property in question. In all honestly, he had a shocking attitude towards a potential tenant and it did rather make me wonder how they must treat actual tenants. From what I could gather, they are everything that is wrong within the rental industry and I would not hurry to deal with them. 0 stars.
We are sorry that you feel you were asked lots of questions but these are questions that are required to book a viewing. We have spoken to the individual, Jon, in regards to your review and he has said you have misunderstood what he said. Nevertheless, we have asked Jon to take your feedback on board and we apologise on his behalf.

GoogleI would highly recommend using Castle Estate Agents in Waltham Abbey. This is the 2nd time we have dealt with this agent and they do not fail to deliver. After being on the market for 6 months with another agent, within 5 days of being with Castles we had 4 viewings and an offer on the table. Daniel and Tom could not have been more helpful if they tried, nothing was ever too much trouble for them!

GoogleKate looked after us fantastically when renting our property out. We had a few ups and downs (not her fault) and she was totally determined to get us the right tenant. She was always friendly and lovely to deal with and took so much time and effort - nothing was ever too much trouble. As always, would totally recommend Castles.

Deductions from your deposit were justified as DESPITE BEING TOLD NOT TO FIT A HOSE TO THE TOILET you did so damaging the bathroom with water splashing from the hose that you did not have permission to fit. Furthermore, you did not clean the property or remove your rubbish or your personal belongings. You also cut the bathroom light pull cord. Had to have adhered to your tenancy obligations the landlord would have refunded more of your deposit back.

They then sold my property recently, there were a few challenges thrown in the transaction and Steve was brilliant at being the intermediary and ensuring the deal went through.
