GoogleThis has been the worst renting experience I have ever had! The agents don't care about you at all, and they take AGES to reply. If you need something to be repaired, you might as well do it yourself as they use guys that don't know how to do anything! PLEASE don't use this agency at all unless you like living with RATS!

GoogleAVOID at all costs. They are a bunch of cowboys trying to inflate house prices by holding illegal open auctions. If you want to secure buying a property you need to pay them under the table. Stuart Gray the manager has got the worst customer services and I pulled out of a sale because of his lack of respect to customers.

GoogleExcellent experience, everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently, with no compromise to quality. All agents were very helpful, though in particular the chap who dealt with us the most, Steven Carter, who has extended his customer service beyond us signing the contracts.

GoogleI have recently rented a property through Castles. I tried many estate agents previously, who ignored my calls, always failed to give information. Finally, I found Sertac at this office who kept me informed all the time and handled the transaction in a highly professional manner. I would highly recommend Castles and Sertac in particular.

GoogleRecently moved into our new property that we found through castles estate agents. Had approached a few agents previously that had not really been straight with us regarding the holding of deposits and other people being interested etc. When we met with Steven he was like a breath of fresh air, kept in contact with us through the process got all referencing done quickly etc. was really helpful with moving in and even help set up the utilities when we moved in and were having problems.

GoogleI would like the whole world to know what an amazing experience I had with Castles. At first switching over from estate agents did make me a bit wiery but I was quickly put to ease from the lovely, kind staff at Castles. Mr Enzo Soylu dealt with finding myself a property to rent which I have fallen in love with. He was a polite, helpful and honest young gentleman that always kept his appointments and ALWAYS answered my calls (which definitely must have been annoying at times). I now have my keys to my new house and am feeling left assured that in the future if I ever did need help with any matter that the staff of Castles would be more than happy to help. Thank you for all your help and patience.

GoogleI am very pleased with the service from Castles. Stuart was handling the sale of my aunt's house which went through quickly and without any hitches. The open day was a great success leading to a quick sale. I was kept updated with all that was happening, and would recommend them.
