GoogleMy husband previously dealt with Nof and his wonderful team previously when selling a family home. When it came time for us to move, we knew straight away where to go. From the moment we got in touch with Nof to when we completed, we were treated like old friends. Nof is a consummate professional, nothing was ever too much trouble. I would have no trouble or hesitation in recommending Nof or Castles to anyone.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for coming back to us when it was time to make your next move. It was truly a pleasure to assist you once again. Having helped both vendors and purchasers for over 34 years, my passion for this industry remains just as strong as the day I started. Training my team members, past and present, to remain professional, helpful, and dedicated to our clients has also been a key part of our continued success. Knowing that you felt supported and valued throughout the process means a great deal to me and the entire Castles team. Wishing you all the very best in your new home, and thank you again for your trust and kind words. Warm regards, Nof

GoogleI’ve been letting my property through Castles for the past year now and haven’t encountered any major issues. Things happen on time and I don’t need to get involved with the day to day managing of the tenants. My contact at this branch is Louisa, who’s quick on the comms and gets things done rapidly.

GoogleI had an excellent experience with this property agency. From the very beginning, Gary and his colleague were incredibly professional, approachable, and attentive to my needs. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. Gary’s knowledge of the local market was impressive, and he was always quick to provide clear, honest advice that helped me feel confident in my decisions. Both he and his colleague were responsive, patient with my questions, and genuinely committed to finding the right fit. Their friendly, down-to-earth approach combined with their professionalism made the entire experience not only easy but enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gary, his colleague, and the agency to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy team in the property market.

GoogleBuying and selling my property was a very overwhelming and stressful experience. I sold my home with another estate agent and bought my new home with castles. I cant express to you how easy Yasmin made this process for me. This wasn’t just a sale for her, she made it her mission to find me my forever home. I will forever be thankful for all that Yasmin did. She supported me throughout the process and was there for me whenever I needed her advice or help. I went into the office on the day of the exchange and it was a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you so much x

GoogleOn behalf of my father - ‘As a blind vendor dealing with subsidence issues, I couldn't have asked for better support than I received from Nof the M.D. From listing to completion, he took personal responsibility, guided me every step of the way, and built genuine rapport with viewers. Always available, always professional, persevered to get my asking price. If I would rate him out of 10, I would give him 15. A true professional and very personable, Highly recommended’
Thank you so much, Conor, for taking the time to share such a fantastic review. It truly means a lot. For us, it’s about understanding each vendor’s unique circumstances before putting together a tailored plan to market their property in the best possible way, always striving to achieve the best price. Equally, we are passionate about supporting buyers on their exciting journey to a new home. We pride ourselves on providing constant feedback throughout the sales process, as communication is key to successful progression. This also includes chasing related purchases to ensure everyone stays on the same page. You all have been a pleasure to work with, I want to thank you once again for your kind words and trusting in me. We wish you all the very best as you settle into your new home and please remember we are always here if you need me., Nof

GoogleWhat a helpful and great people to work with, my wife and I have not sold or bought a house in a long time and you hear a lot of bad things about estate agents. When first speaking with Sandro (Manager) he gave his sales pitch and I thought ok let just go with it, but most if not all he promised Sandro and his team done. All in all we sold the house and was in our new home within 8/9 weeks maybe 10 but with all the issues that come with selling and moving Sandro and his team made moving as easy as they could have. We would like to give the Castle team in Hackney a big thank you.
Dear Paul Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. I am thrilled to hear that you and your family had such great experience and I truly appreciate your feedback. Warm regards Sandro Pappalardo Branch Manager Castles Estate Agents - Hackney
