GoogleOver the years I have used my fair share of estate agents and I have to say that Stuart and his team at Castle's Edmonton stand out amongst the rest. Straight forward, honest and experienced, they helped me to navigate what could have been a difficult transaction. Their communication was particularly good, which is refreshing to find nowadays. I thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleI would like to commend & thank Gentian & the team at Castles Edmonton for the excellent service they provided us with during the recent sale of an inherited property. It's something I'd been putting off because I was worried about the stress it could cause, especially when estate agents get such a bad reputation, but how Gentian & Castles do business is the absolute opposite of what I thought the experience would be like & the entire process was stress free which came as a very pleasant surprise. Communication was great throughout & any additional help was both given/offered & assistance was also available outside of business hours which was very much appreciated. The very best part was how quickly the property sold & that's thanks to the professionalism demonstrated throughout the process. Thank you again Gentian & Castles & I'll actually miss our little chats!

GoogleI've used Castles in Palmers Green twice now, and on both occasions Nof and the team have been exceptional. The first time, I initially wanted to rent my flat rather than sell. Before the property had even gone on Rightmove, Nof had already found a tenant, an impressive start that immediately showed the kind of proactive approach that sets them apart. When I later decided to sell, the process was far from straightforward. The flat had some challenging issues, including high managing agent fees that were putting off potential buyers, alongside a few other unfavourable factors that made it a tricky sale. Several other agents in the area valued the property unrealistically high, which was deterring buyers before they'd even booked a viewing. Nof took a different approach, pricing the property honestly and at a level that actually got people through the door. That realistic valuation made all the difference. Once the sale was underway, Nof and the wider Palmers Green team, including Sergi, kept me updated throughout the entire process. Communication was consistent and reassuring, and when tensions arose between solicitors, the team acted as brilliant mediators, keeping things on track and stopping small issues from becoming big ones. Professional, proactive, and genuinely invested in getting the sale over the line. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Castles Palmers Green to anyone looking to sell or let in the area.
