My daughter sold her first property through Charles Carr & the service we received was appalling!! We had an open house (and have since attended one also...the most impersonal experience you could imagine!) she was encouraged to reduce her price almost immediately & eventually sold. This was the last she heard from CC until the day of her exchange...I thought agents were supposed to assist with solicitors? On the contrary, the agent we bought through together called me every week to tell me how things were going & were even able to prevent more detailed updates on our sale than our own agent!! Avoid at all costs, this company is full of manipulative bullies who will happily take advantage of any client with limited experience buying & selling!!

Charles Carr won't have my details on their system under this name, I'm having to use another name as they keep pestering me, I WILL NOT USE YOU, especially after the report I have seen in the Daily Echo, I'm appalled that a company can change so many times ( 3 different brand names with MULTIPLE names BAHIND THE FACE OF THE BRAND), after doing some more research they have unsecured debts of £388,000 in a previous company name. They are Bullish, Arrogant and make estate agents look Bad, They offer a cheap fee and now I know why.

Great experience

I’m a first time buyer and Lauren has been nothing but amazing! She’s really supported me through the buying processes and I felt like she cared about finding the right property for me. Estate agents get a bad reputation but Lauren definitely proves this wrong.

Louise is single handedly giving Charles Carr it's good name. She is great at communication and always explains everything to me and keeps me updated. She has recently done a great job helping us exchange contracts and keeping me updated throughout the day! We only hit the deadline because of her great communication! Thank you again! :)
