Sold through Charles Carr at a open house event, we got over our guide price, which we were extremely happy with, Jade helped us with our search and we actually found with them as well, they have the most properties around this area so we were contestantly told about new instructions and viewed late on a evening after hours which we appricated for us shift workers. Great service by Jade and the team!

Superb estate agents. Cannot fault the service we have received. All staff have been brilliant. The option to have an 'open day' when selling our property was great and certainly seperates them from other estate agents. It also ensured we got a great price for our house. They have also found us our future family home, without pressuring us, which we have experienced with other estate agents.

When viewing houses she was able to book us into viewings last minute and also had an enthusiastic approach to the houses we viewed. Since our offer has been accepted she has been helpful in organising solicitors to contact us and also put us in touch with our mortgage advisor. We tried other Agents who didnt come close to the service we recieved from Carter Edwards. From start to finish they delivered exactly whatbthey promised. Within 24hours they had 8 viewings booked. In particular, Emma, was vey supportive and always updating us with feed back from viewings. Despite set backs with buyers pulling out last minute, Emma went above and beyond to ensure viewings were booked in within 24 hours and new buyers were found within 48 hours. In short, i found the entire team very professional, helpful and committed to providing us the very best service. I would 100% recommend Carter Edwards. We carnt thank them enough.
