GoogleWe chose James Cramp to sell our house out of 5 local estate agents because of his expertise and personable manner. Knowing that he would be the only person showing prospective buyers around our house was an added bonus because we knew that every viewing would be done well. He was very responsive to any questions that we had and always gave us feedback as soon as possible after each viewing. He kept us updated on each prospective buyer and when we had an offer, he gave us excellent advice which helped us to secure a good price for our house. Additionally, as we have been viewing houses to buy, he has spent time doing research and giving us his opinion on what the house is worth and guidance on offering. He has been available at evenings, weekends and during the day and clearly enjoys what he does! Selling and buying a house is a very stressful time but James has made it much easier for us. We would highly recommend him if you are looking for an estate agent!

GoogleJust wanted to say that after seeing a house advertised in Rightmove I contacted the number and very promptly received a reply and a phone call from James. A viewing was then arranged on the property. We are now keeping in touch with James with our updates of any progress to move forward .

GoogleObliging, always going the extra mile, providing support through all the intricacies and hurdles to overcome when buying a house, James Cramp is not your usual house agent. Reliable and always prompt in responding to queries and concerns, his assistance throughout the whole process was top notch. We can not recommend him too highly. Thank you James.

GoogleJames always goes the extra mile unlike most agents. We initially asked for a 18.45 viewing which he agreed to. Following the viewing we made an offer the same evening by phone at 9pm. The deal was concluded the following morning & completion took place during lockdown just 5 weeks later. Having dealt with estate agents over the years I have no time for them.They are just maggots. James was the exception to the rule & hence is very professionally & successful.

GoogleThe first house I purchased was through this company. I had James first tour me through the home and he was my point of call the entire way through. I started the purchase just before the UK went into lockdown, but I was still able to contact James regularly, and he would always contact me that day or the day after with all questions I had answers. I had a very good experience with this company and had a very smooth house purchase from the estate agent side (not from solicitor side). All in all I cannot really fault anything. Even at the end I got a bottle of wine and congratulations which was nice from James at the house. Thank you very much all! Craig Davies
