Buying a home can be stressful, but the team was professional, responsive, and supportive from the initial viewing right through to exchange and completion. A special thank you to our agent, especially Hannah who kept us updated at every stage, promptly answered our questions, coordinated effectively with the solicitors and mortgage broker, and helped keep the transaction moving. Their communication and willingness to help made a real difference during what could have been a very stressful process. GoogleIf you are a buyer then beware of the pricing strategy of Butler's estate agents. They will price the property well above the market rate and then will try to persuade you to accept a price near the upper margin. Also if you get an offer accepted then go for a full through building survey and check the perperty deeds for any covenents and restrictions. Buyer beware.
