GoogleWe had approached haart Kenilworth to initially give us an idea of the market for our property and to ascertain how they would proceed should we sign with them. Helen, the branch manager, came out and discussed what we wanted out of the sale, how it would be done and how haart would handle matters going forward, if indeed that was what we decided. Helen provided us with options as to property sale value depending on what we wanted to achieve and it was after everything was explained did we agree to market our property with haart. Within a week, and pre marketing, our property was sold. Not only that, but having viewed the property we had wanted to consider moving to, also marketed by haart, we had our offer accepted. So far the whole process has been relatively easy and Helen has kept in touch with progress. We are currently in the 'quiet period' of the sale/purchase as instructed solicitors are now dealing with matters. We would have no hesitation in recommending haart for their handling of the sale/purchase so far and look forward to the continuing relationship.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleVery satisfied with Rishi's help and professional support. Appropriate tenants were quickly found and he was always on the case and replied immediately to emails. Whilst I was somewhat frustrated with all the portal stuff, Rishi enabled us to overcome it. Much easier to visit the office and quickly deal with the process. House was only unoccupied for 18 days!
