Great service from Rishi and team over the past few months sorting some tricky issues with tenants. Rishi did all he could to rectify issues caused by the admin side - was very proactive and kept me well informed even over Easter weekend. Really appreciate it. Thanks.

Brian Holt, now haart Coventry has been my letting agent for more than seven years. Their Lettings Team has been prompt and efficient, whether it is finding a new tenant or dealing with tenant's querries, repairs and maintenance. However, since haart took over, their accounts/statements, are often somewhat mystifying. I am especially grateful to Joanne Keane, their Accounts administratior, who patiently and expertly sorts out any querries and misunderstandings.

I have been renting through Brian Holt for a few years now but Joanne Keane, particularly, over the last 18 months. I always receive great customer service and Jo has been brilliant with dealing with any issues I've had quickly and I always feel like she's been there if I've needed her. I would highly recommend Brian Holt for lettings.
