GoogleI am a tenant with Haarts for two months now.
Icredebily bad service.
For two months I am asking for the Wi-Fi password. (I called at least once a week)
I don't have access to my bank account, I can't speak with my family abord, I can't access my email, etc. And for two months they tell me "Yes Sir I will send you the password asap." and.. nothing. Very frustrating experience.
Is in my contract that I am supposed to receive internet with my rent. They break the contact and... nothing, when I speak on the phone they imply that I am being unreasonable, not them.
My advice: If you have the option to go with a different agency, do it. Haarts may look professional, but I assure you they are not.

GoogleI had a terrible experience with Brian Holt lettings! I moved into the property almost 3 years ago and there were a plethora of issues. I was in contact with the then property manager, Scott Flegg, who, quite frankly, was a chocolate teapot. He kept saying that the issues will be resolved and that he would get back to me. Months and months went by, radio silence. It has now been almost 3 years and the issues would still have been left unresolved if it were not for the efforts of Joanne Keane. I had recently chased up the said issues with Scott, but, once again, he was up to his old tricks. He left the company a few weeks back and Joanne took over his outstanding affairs. Joanne has been a God send. Despite a huge workload, Joanne resolved the outstanding issues. Joanne has remained polite professional, patient and very understanding throughout.
