GoogleLeon was a true gentleman when showing me round the property, he was very informative from the start and explained the holding fee to me, he offered to give me a follow up call on a certain day to discuss things further and true to his word he called, which is quite rare with a lot of agents these days, I was very happy with his service

GoogleHaarts more like haartless. My mum was keen to book a viewing of a retirement flat but was told in no uncertain terms, 2 things as she hadn't sold her property yet that they would not arrange a viewing, not their policy unless you have sold apparently. Then to be told she should ditch her current agents and go with them as it woud make it easier to move forward with any property. We assume by this conversation that vendors are not informed they have interest. Current Rightmove stats show that only 21% of 2020 sales were no chain. Meaning nearly 80% of sales have a chain. She was very upset by this conversation and vendors should aware they probably won't contact you if someone hasn't sold. This is very much a catch 22 situation. Then to add insult to injury they would keep her informed of any suitable properties, they then sent an email of a flat they thought she might like to view, you guessed it was the one they refused to let her view earlier. How incompetent. Be warned you may loose a sale by using this company.

GoogleApart from taking photos and house details the whole sale was dealt with by myself. Sales team either didn’t turn up for viewings or turned up so late I had done them. Completion of sale was dealt with by me and purchaser communicating directly as calls were rarely returned with queries.
