I dealt with a gentleman called Leon who was both professional and friendly, He was able to arrange immediate viewing of the property I was interested in. I very much appreciated the fact that he could see how interested I was in securing the lease on this property, promptly contacting the owner to pass on the relevant details also in getting back to me with updates. Also being dyslexic and having problems with brain fog Resulting from long Covid he went way above and beyond what I would consider to be normal service by helping me to fill-in some of the forms as well as simplifying the process By reading out to me the relevant key points of the contract and patiently answering any additional queries I had. In short it was nice to deal with somebody who was professional but who also provided a much appreciated personal Touch, I felt he genuinely wanted to help support me in securing the tenancy and that he wasn’t simply going through the motions which has been my experience with several other estate agents i’ve dealt with recently Which almost Put me off the idea of wanting to deal with another estate agent again. Any way thanks Leon for restoring my trust in Estate Agents.
