GoogleSuperb service from Bradleys St Thomas while selling my house in Exeter. Right from the start Maria made it clear that they were very motivated to sell my house for me, and she gave me a full and honest view of the value of my house, how easy it would be to sell, things I could do to increase the appeal of the house, and potential snags we might encounter on the way, all of which turned out to be very accurate. I was always kept up to date with viewings and offers, and a buyer was found within a couple of weeks of going to sale. Good communication was maintained during the conveyancing, especially while resolving a couple of issues which came up, which was reassuring. I can definitely recommend Bradleys if you are looking to sell.

At the start l had dealings with Bailey who was really friendly and very efficient, as she moved offices Katie Kennedy then took over, she has been amazing! If she says she will call, she does and has kept us in the loop the whole time. All the staff l have dealt with have been very friendly and extremely helpful, would l recommend Baileys? Yes l definitely would, Thank you all very much.

Communication was excellent, keeping me informed of updates. They were reassuring when needed and chased to get agreement by all concerned. The same efficient service I had 5 years ago selling another property for me. Highly recommended.

GoogleMaria and the entire team at Bradleys have been exactly what you want when it comes to selling my property in St. Thomas. They have an excellent understanding of the local area and current market and managed to get a sale agreed of my property in just 9 days of listing it. During the conveyancing process Katie Kennedy has been incredible throughout - responsive, friendly, professional and someone who couldn't be more proactive when speaking to solicitors to reach completion. There's a lot of things to stress about when it comes to moving house - Bradleys isn't one of them.

The sale wasn't straightforward (not due to the agency), but the staff team were consistently reliable, efficient and persistent. We really appreciated their expertise and help. We dealt with quite a few other agencies when searching for a house to buy, and we would always now recommend Bradleys to anyone looking to sell.

Following a negative experience with another agency, Christian was so helpful, friendly and super supportive to give us insight and help us get the best price for our house in a tough market. Overall a very positive experience with Bradleys and all the staff dealt with. Thank you for all your help & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone going forward.

GoogleAlthough I understand the logic behind the tenant's form on the website, in practice I find it cumbersome and counterproductive. I filled in the form more than one week ago, without receiving any answer. When contacted, they just answer "please fill in the form on the website and we will come back to you". Given the frantic rhythm of the rental estate market, such long waits appear to be unjustified. Moreover, not everyone already lives in Devon: for someone like me visiting the town for a few days from abroad, scheduling the trip to Exeter requires suitable anticipation. Compared to most agencies in town, which promptly allowed me to do viewings, Bradleys was not able to connect me with the properties I was interested in.

GoogleVery impressed with the whole progress of this purchase. It was your agent, Kayleigh who persuaded us to view the property in the first place & then saw us through the initial process. There has been excellent, helpful & friendly communication throughout what turned out to be a protracted & arduous transaction (not through any fault of theirs). Good humour & care has been the overriding feeling throughout. Thank you for persevering with us when things took a downward turn, you got us there in the end!

As a first time buyer the whole process was very new to myself and to simply put it Sam was excellent at handling and dealing with all queries and questions I had ensuring this transaction went as smoothly as possible. Sam kept in contact with me over the process and helped out where needed, ensuring any questions or queries I had were answered quickly and professionally. Their in-house mortgage department I would also recommend, Ellie was a superstar advisor and managed to get me a great offer compared to other advisors.
