GoogleWe first contacted Bradley in early May 25 to view a property with Annabelle for which we put in an offer that was accepted, all proceeded well until early August when our buyers chain collapsed.
We assumed we would lose our purchase, however with Sam and Annabelle's help and a patient seller we quickly found a new buyer which has resulted in us being able to proceed to purchase which completes this month, Nov, exceeding expectations.

GoogleSurvey for equity release carried out and the same arrogant rude man came. Despite having 7 surveys by other companies all who valued our property as £695,000 and it being recently put on the market for £735,000 your surveyor has for the second time valued our unique thatched house as £640,000. Trying to compare it with other properties not at all like ours is not a true valuation.
