GoogleI drove for 130 miles paid a hotel where to sleep, the day after 8:30 am the letting agent called me to confirm the appointment but one hour after the call and two hours before the appointment she called me again and said "I'm sorry the appointment is cancelled the landlord can't attend it today." That call seemed a bad joke, and gave me the impression that is not a reliable letting agency.

They have been fantastically professional and friendly throughout the whole process of our house sale, keeping us updated every step of the way. Their enthusiasm renewed our faith in Estate Agents and proved that choosing the right agent, really is essential to selling your home quickly and at a good price. GoogleI contacted Bradleys to sell my house, and they were great from start to finish. I could come in and discuss issues along the way, everything was solvable, nothing was too big of a problem. All the staff knew what was going on so I could talk to anyone. They were always positive and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't recommend them enough.

It helped that they have efficient and friendly staff at their Newquay branch. For the record, I chose Bradleys because of their extensive coverage in the south-west and their excellent reputation. I wasn't disappointed.

From Joshua in the Sales team who sold our house with 6 weeks! to Jade in the Surveyors team who made the survey very easy to understand and provided valuable out of hours assistance around our full time jobs, and lastly to Cathy who was amazing at keeping us informed and assisting us all the way to completion. Absolutely superb service, all round making a stressful time, as stress free as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleWe first contacted Bradley in early May 25 to view a property with Annabelle for which we put in an offer that was accepted, all proceeded well until early August when our buyers chain collapsed. We assumed we would lose our purchase, however with Sam and Annabelle's help and a patient seller we quickly found a new buyer which has resulted in us being able to proceed to purchase which completes this month, Nov, exceeding expectations.
