GoogleI would highly recommend Bear Estate agents in Basildon. Joe and Leigh-Anne were extremely helpful throughout the purchase of my property. They constantly kept me updated and went above and beyond for any questions or queries I had for them. Really good team and very approachable.

GoogleI had to deal with Bear estate agents after buying a house and my vendor sold through them. What a gem Wendy was. She kept me up to date with everything. Our completion day was a nightmare with everything close to falling apart. Wendy was on the phone constantly chasing everyone and keeping me well informed even though she wasn’t my estate agent. If I was to sell I would use Bear based on this experience. Thank you Wendy

GoogleJust a few months ago, I was casually browsing properties, thinking I’d probably buy something in a couple of years. Fast forward to now, and I’m looking at homes in Southend-on-Sea, where I stumbled across a few gems that surprisingly checked some of my must-have boxes. I sent off a request for more information and viewings, initially set on finding a two-bedroom for the extra space. That’s when George Plant at Bear Estate Agents came into the picture. George suggested I also view a property fresh on the market on the same street as the one I had inquired about. I agreed, and as it turns out, George’s recommendation was THE ONE! It was love at first sight - my forever home, all I’ve been dreaming of. I’m so grateful for George’s incredible flair. He’s approachable, accommodating, quick to answer questions, and helped me negotiate a price that worked perfectly for both me and the family selling the home. A massive THANK YOU to George for making this dream a reality! I also want to say a huge thank you to Helen Wilson in the Sales Progression Process. Helen was amazing - so patient with all my (many!) questions and always taking the time to explain things clearly. She helped me think through and ask the questions I didn’t even know I needed to ask at the time. Having Helen’s support felt like holding hands through one of the most nerve-wracking, emotional rollercoaster experiences of my life. Her kindness, guidance, and calm reassurance made all the difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me through this journey. Thank you both so much for your support and care. I’m beyond grateful and will recommend Bear Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

FacebookJoe at Bear Basildon was recommended to me by a friend who sold their house a few months earlier. I could not recommend him and the Bear Basildon Team highly enough. My house went on the market and sold the same day! The process was as quick and smooth as it could be and I found the team very helpful every time I had a question. Thinking of selling....use these guys!

Bear Estate Agents have kept me informed all the way through from initial viewing to completion. They were good at arranging viewing with prospective purchasers and gave swift feedback to me.

GoogleThe team in the Leigh-on-Sea office were available 7 days a week, which I found to be very useful when selling our property through them, especially for those that wanted to book viewings on weekends outside of the normal working week, as some estate agents were closed on Sundays, we thought this was certainly a plus using Bear for our sale. There was always a friendly greeting on the phone and relevant team members at all stages of the process responded when feedback was needed which was great. We found Megan to be very proactive with our sales progression, with constant communication back and forth and certainly seemed knowledgeable in her field and especially helpful on the day of our move! Thanks Bear Team!

FacebookFrom the moment Ellis came around I knew I had chosen the right Estate Agents. My property was up and sold within 9 days and I had an offer accepted on another of Bears properties. Zoe took over and was on top of everything from the very beginning up until I received my keys. I was never left in the lurch and was regularly updated along the way. I was really impressed with the professionalism I received, a real please to work with. I would highly recommend if you’re thinking of selling or buying a new property. It was a pleasure. Thanks, Ben

TrustpilotBear Estate agents sold my house quickly!
Bear Estate agents sold my house as soon as it went on the market with them. It had been on for 5 months with a previous agent with whom there was little response. Bear took new photos, used Drone footage and took the time to build the relationship needed between seller and agency to find me a buyer. They worked tirelessly throughout the procedure, dealing with the usual 'hiccups' of the chain along the way. They kept me up to date on a regular basis and were professional and friendly at all times. I felt I could ring them at any time with any questions and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend this team in Hockley to anyone proposing to put their property on the market!
