GoogleA huge thank you to Megan for helping me through the purchase of my new home. She was absolutely fantastic throughout the process, keeping me updated every step of the way and always making time to answer any questions I had. There were a few challenges along the way, but Megan went above and beyond to keep things on track and, most importantly, made me feel at ease when things became stressful. Her communication, dedication, and genuine care made a huge difference. She is a real asset to the company. I would highly recommend Bear Estates & Megan to anyone buying or selling a property.

GoogleInitially, we chose to sell our property through a different agent to Bear but were disappointed by the lack of feedback and proactive approach. After several weeks of little progress, we decided to try Bear Estate Agents. The difference in all aspects was encouraging and we felt our switch would be significant in a challenging market. From meeting with Tony to being supported by Megan, the positive experience was immediate and resulted in more viewings and detailed feedback from prospective buyers. Our experience with Bear has provided a positive perspective in a difficult property market and Megan is an exceptional agent. We highly recommend Bear and in particularly Megan. If you are struggling to sell your property, we would strongly advise you to give Bear a chance.

GoogleWe had a long an frustrating time trying to sell my wife's parents bungalow after probate, not helped at all by the first estate agent we used who overpriced it in the first place and did very little to support the sale. We changed to Bear half-way through, and whilst things were still complicated by us losing a couple of buyers at the last minute, they were far more proactive and supportive. We have now finally completed. Special thanks to Megan, who in the end made it her personal mission to get us over the line.

From the initial engagement and arranging the photography, through to viewings, offers and then keeping everything moving once the sale was agreed, the whole process was made incredibly easy and hassle-free from our side. Communication was excellent throughout. The team were always on hand when we needed them, quick to respond, friendly, professional and proactive in following things up. Selling a property can easily become stressful, but Bear made the entire process feel straightforward and well managed. Outstanding service from Helen at Bear Estates I cannot recommend Helen from Bear Estates highly enough. From start to finish, she was absolutely exceptional. Helen showed incredible patience, understanding and professionalism throughout what was, at times, a challenging process. Her ability to listen, understand everyone’s position and then negotiate calmly and effectively was outstanding. She was also extremely skilled at organising everything and keeping things moving, even when there were complications along the way. Her communication, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference. Most importantly, Helen genuinely cared about getting the right outcome and was always approachable, helpful and reassuring. Her professionalism and negotiation skills are a real credit to Bear Estates. I honestly could not rate Helen more highly. From start to completion, Bear was brilliant every step of the way. Every member of staff we dealt with were polite, courteous and respectful. They were very reasonably priced and worked so hard for their money. Helen was an absolute legend, keeping us updated the whole time and chased everyone when needed (which happened a lot). She was an amazing go between and without her, well I wouldn’t have been able to manage. I would highly recommend Bear to everyone. Thank you Bear and thank you so much Helen.

We recently sold a property via Bear Estate Agents and were extremely pleased with the service we received from all members of staff. Particular mention should go to Helen as this was a difficult sale due to various reasons, none of which the Agent was responsible for. All at Bear were extremely proactive and Helen was a source of positivity and kept us informed at all points and liaised well with both us and the buyer. Happy to recommend to others looking for an Estate Agent in the Southend area

Helen, our senior sales progressor, was the standout of a genuinely difficult purchase. Our transaction hit multiple serious delays: a defunct solicitors' firm, confusion over the freeholder, a stalled Building Safety Act certificate. Helen was consistently the one actually pushing things forward. She tracked down direct contacts, chased on our behalf when our own solicitors were slow to respond, and kept us properly informed throughout. Genuinely don't think this purchase would have completed without her persistence. Highly recommend.

GoogleJust visited Leigh branch asking very politely if they could remove a board that has fallen down or been put on the pavement outside our flats also mentioned a flat sold by them still had sold sign up after 6 months. A female member of staff unhelpful also reminded that boards were there property not to remove them even though on public highway!! Shame on her

GoogleWe have been so happy with every aspect of Bear from Simon Taylor and the whole of his team from Simon initially and Tony taking pictures and thenThea keeping us informed of how things were progressing and now along with Megan seeing us through the sale. They have all made a difficult job after living here for such a long time to a painfree experience in their hands.
