FacebookWe recently purchased our property through Bear Estate Agents and had a great experience, especially thanks to Zoe. She was friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the process. Zoe made everything feel straightforward and stress-free, and her support really stood out. Iβd happily recommend Bear Estate Agents and Zoe in particular, to anyone looking. Jenny & Nick

FacebookJoe at Bear Basildon was recommended to me by a friend who sold their house a few months earlier. I could not recommend him and the Bear Basildon Team highly enough. My house went on the market and sold the same day! The process was as quick and smooth as it could be and I found the team very helpful every time I had a question. Thinking of selling....use these guys!

FacebookSharon Harris is quite happy to refer to other groups of human beings as 'cockroaches'. Publicly. If this is the kind of person who you want to deal with.....

Facebookbear was actually working on behalf of our vendor but were actually instrumental in getting the entire transaction done. Their Senior Sales Progressor Wendy Baily could not have more helpful or diligent in getting all of the many parties involved aligned. She was hugely supportive to me through quite a fraught process and offered great, specialist advice.

FacebookZoe Moore is simply the best State Agent we have ever come across. She is very knowledgeable, on top of absolutely everything, very quick and efficient! We will be forever grateful to her contribution to the purchase of our new home.

FacebookThe team at Bear Estates are all wonderful! Thank you Joe, Ellie and Leigh-Anne for helping out with my purchase. The entire process was done in a record 6 weeks!! felt supported throughout the transaction, constantly checking in with me about the progress at every stage. When things seemed to slow down abit, the Bear team would do the chasing on my behalf. I can't thank you enough and I would recommend everyone to deal with them knowing that you are in a safe pair of hands.π

FacebookWe had an excellent experience working with Bear Estate Agents. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful and always easy to get hold of whenever we had a question. His communication skills were second to none, keeping us informed every step of the way and making the entire process as smooth as possible. What stood out most was how professionally he acted for both the vendor and us as the purchasers, ensuring everything was fair and handled efficiently. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with him, and we would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

FacebookI first met Jack Manning when I arranged to view a property last year, sadly I wasnβt successful that time. However, I was impressed by how professional and helpful Jack had been; he also introduced me to the Mortgage Library and with the help of Mollie, I managed to secure a much better mortgage offer. Fast forward to 2022, I am now settled in my amazing new home after selling my previous home with the help of the equally very professional yet friendly Scott Borkett from the Hockley office. Special thanks also to Sydney and Roman who also helped to ensure all kept on track and went smoothly. Thank you Team Bear π» π!

FacebookThank you Scott & the team at hockley & Southend for selling one of our flats. We moved over to bear after another agent failing to produce hardly any viewings after a slow 3 months on the market, we had lost hope we would achieve the price we wanted. Bear took the property on and we had sold within a month. The communication was great and We always felt like Scott looked after our best interests & made sure we achieved the price we wanted. Roman Was brilliant when I met him at the viewing and always went out of his way to get here any time. Itβs the easiest sale we have ever had, the sales progression team are amazing. Sydney was always updating me and chasing solicitors so we didnβt have to. Highly recommend! We wont be using any other agent. Thank you!

FacebookFrom the moment Ellis came around I knew I had chosen the right Estate Agents. My property was up and sold within 9 days and I had an offer accepted on another of Bears properties. Zoe took over and was on top of everything from the very beginning up until I received my keys. I was never left in the lurch and was regularly updated along the way. I was really impressed with the professionalism I received, a real please to work with. I would highly recommend if youβre thinking of selling or buying a new property. It was a pleasure. Thanks, Ben

FacebookAfter 3 years of searching we finally found the bungalow we were looking for and contacted Bears to sell our house. They advertised our house, arranged multiple viewing on a single day and we sold our house in less than a week. They negotiated with our sellers and we bought our new house the every next day. Throughout the moving process Helen at Bears kept us up to date with the documentation progress of all the parties right up to the day of completion. We were very pleased with all the help we received and would highly recommend Bears to sell your home.

FacebookI would definitely recommend Bear estate agents. They were very professional and communicated regularly throughout my purchase. Ellie, especially, who was my progress contact. She kept me up-to-date with where everyone was with the progress of their sales, through the chain, and helped to push through the sale to exchange before the stamp duty relief ended, which was pretty nail biting. Also, Helen, who I spoke to while Ellie was away, was extremely helpful and reassuring in getting my purchase through.

FacebookI highly recommend Bear Estate Agents. They found me a buyer almost immediately (in fact they found me four buyers) and although I had a sitting tenant to wait to conclude they kept me informed throughout. We exchanged and completed today and I am over the moon. Special thanks to Jack who didn't pressurise me into selling with them, the right amount of personal charm, professionalism, expertise and knowledge was the wining formula. and thanks to Helen who dealt with the ongoing comms. Both were so helpful throughout. I'm over the moon. Thank you to all the team. I know these things are always a joint effort. Sian

FacebookWe bought our first home through Bear and got a great vibe from them. They were efficient and always so helpful. When it came to us selling up 4 years later we knew we wanted bear to sell our home! They sold our house within 24 hours of it going up for sale, before it even hit right move for full asking price π€© From the valuation right the way through to completion bear were fabulous. We were kept informed along the way and couldnβt have asked for a better service! All for such reasonable fees too! Huge thank you to Kyle, Sydney and the whole team at bear! ππ»

FacebookWe have just used Bear estate agent to sell our house and they have honestly been AMAZING. Kyle was so friendly and informative and came to take the photos of our house which looked brilliant and within 24 hours it was on the market. All of the team at bear were so polite and friendly booking in the viewings and our house sold very soon after! Helen has been fantastic and is a credit to Bear estate agents, she was our sales progressor and did everything she could to ensure things were chased and we were kept updated! Megan and Sydney were always so friendly on the phone too and always helped me where they could. They have brilliant customer service and a brilliant rate too! I honestly wouldnβt go anywhere else to sell my house - thank you bear estate agents! You all do an amazing job ππ».

FacebookHelen went over and above in dealing with the sale of my property as it turned out to be very difficult but we got there in the end due to her persistence . She always got back to me when I called which I generally find does not happen with a lot of other agents in the sales progressing departments. You have a lady there that gets the job done!

FacebookThe team at Bear Hockley were amazing in selling my property from start to finish, by far the best estate agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I was constantly kept up to date and given information on the process. I cannot recommend them enough Roman, Helen and Sydney were amazing and really made the process as painless as possible. I would high recommend. Thank you all again.

FacebookSold our Flat with Bear a month ago- amazing experience from the moment I rang to book a Valuation and Frankie gave us so much advice- such a lovely guy, to when Kyle came to value it through to the day of completion. Kyle is a genuine, friendly and helpful guy who works so hard for his business. Sydney, Progress Chaser was wonderful- such an efficient, lovely girl- who was on top of everything for us. Iβd have no hesitation in recommending Bear to anyone and will do so. We will use Bear in the future when we are looking for a new property or selling. Thank you Team Bear- youβre all amazing!

FacebookOK, so when you looking at estate agents and your weighing up your options.....this decision is a no brainer!! Don't be concerned that Bears 2 price options are 'too cheap' and you won't get the level of service or coverage compared to the other 'more expensive' estate agents. Since working to sell my property with Kyle and his team this summer, I found everyone at Bear to be highly professional, super friendly and totally motivated. They provided me with whatever it took to sell my property and get us over the finish line, which was at times, above and beyond! Ask yourself one question, why pay more?? Your get nothing else for it......tried and tested. Your welcome. οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½
