GoogleJosh was very helpful and informative when looking for my first home. He ensured I had the time I needed when looking around the property, answered all of my questions and offered other properties that suited what I was looking for. Josh is an asset to the team and all were very friendly and helpful.

TrustpilotExceptional!
The team at Bear were exceptional. I truly believe we would have lost our chain without their hard work and tenacity. Daily updates in the weeks just before the move to keep our solicitors in check and infinite patience with all my questions. It truly felt they were there for every challenge. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

TrustpilotGreat Estate Agent
My sale took a year to finally complete and involved 3 different sets of buyers. Bear kept me informed every step of the way and were great when the sales collapsed ensuring I had new viewings very quickly. During each sale Zoe kept me well informed managing my expectations (and stress levels!) and was always on hand if I had any questions. The whole team couldn’t have been more helpful and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

TrustpilotZoe is a superstar…
Could not thank Zoe Moore enough even if we tried. We were involved in a very tough chain but Zoe went above and beyond. She is polite, professional, always contactable and a credit to Bear. A huge thank you from Beth and Ross!

GoogleWe started the journey as first time buyers in April. I have zero experience in buying houses and went from thinking about buying our first family home to having an offer accepted within 2 weeks. Megan has been absolutely fantastic, we have exchanged within 3 months despite various hiccups. I can honestly say I expected it to last twice as long. Megan has been fantastic throughout, offering advice and guidance throughout and made a difficult process very easy. I am 100% sure it would have been a very different experience had we not have been assigned Megan. Thank you for all your hard work. Bear are lucky to have you .

TrustpilotBear Hockley, Ellis and Zoe made it a good experience
We used Bear Hockley to sell our Mum’s property when she went in to a care home. Ellis said he would price the property to sell, without undervaluing it, and would aim to sell at asking price plus cover our costs, which is exactly what he did. He even matched his costs to those offered by another agent, less than they normally charge. There was no hard sell and Ellis had a very friendly approach caring about our position and circumstances. Property sold within 6 days of it going live and he advised on on best buyer from offers received, luckily we got one with a good deposit and no chain. There were some delays due to it being on an unadopted road, but Zoe our sales progresser was brilliant every step of the way, reassuring us and in liasing with solicitors on both sides to keep things moving. We wouldn’t hesitate in using Bear again or recommending their services to others wanting to buy or sell locally. A great experience all round.

We have had a difficult chain & sale …and all throughout the stressful process Tilly in sales progression has been fantastic working hard trying to find out what was going on in a chain that were not communicating with the other parties involved …she was a voice of reason even when we were getting so frustrated by it all…Thanks Tilly for all your hard work. On another note all the staff we encountered from Bear during the process before we found a buyer were all very pleasant and helpful.

GoogleThroughout my purchasing process everyone at Bear estate agents was excellent, start to finish. More specifically Tilly was especially a star throughout. There was various speed bumps I encountered and Tilly was able to help deal with, speed up or overcome said hurdles. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by everyone involved. Would certainly recommend to anyone going forward!

Googlebear was actually working on behalf of our vendor but were actually instrumental in getting the entire transaction done. Their Senior Sales Progressor Wendy Baily could not have more helpful or diligent in getting all of the many parties involved aligned. Wendy and also Megan were hugely supportive to me through quite a fraught process and offered great, specialist advice.

TrustpilotWe had a great experience with this…
We had a great experience with this estate agent. They both sold our property and helped us find land, making the whole process really smooth and stress-free. Dan was extremely helpful and managed to sell our property to the very first buyer who viewed it. Everything went through without any issues, and their costs were much cheaper compared to other agents we looked at. Scott, who dealt with the land we purchased, was also fantastic. He gave us lots of helpful advice and recommended reliable people, which made everything much easier. Overall, the whole team was brilliant, friendly, professional, and very easy to deal with. We would definitely recommend them.

TrustpilotWe recently purchased a property…
We recently purchased a property through Bear Estate Agents in Southend and couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. Oscar was fantastic when showing us around, knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole viewing process enjoyable. Once we decided to go ahead, Helen took over the sales process and was absolutely brilliant. She kept everything moving smoothly and made what can be a stressful experience feel completely effortless. What really stood out was how available the whole team were. Whenever we had a question or needed reassurance, someone was always on hand to pick up the call. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We would highly recommend Bear Estate Agents to anyone buying or selling in the Southend area. A genuinely excellent team, thank you Oscar and Helen!

TrustpilotFive Stars For Bear!
I am very happy with the five star service I received from Bear Estates in Southend. Steve was extremely professional when he came over to do the house valuation for us. He helped us understand the current market and the best solution going forward. Helen and Sydney both kept me updated all the way through the buying and selling journey. I have dealt with them both before on previous transactions in the past, and once again, both were consistently efficient, reliable and helpful. I will definitely recommend Bear to my friends and family. Thank you very much!
