FacebookThrough a very complicated sale the staff at bear estates did everything they could to help. Not only did they sell our property within 24 hours of being on the market they also provided advice and support throughout and were always avaliable. A special thanks to Helen and Sydney who both really went above and beyond. But I must say everyone I have spoken to has been nothing but helpful. I would highly recommend them.

FacebookBear were not our agents, but we wished we had used them!! They were always on top of what was happening in a chain of 7, and anytime we needed an update we knew that Sydney was the person who would know what was happening. If we ever move again we would have no hesitation is using them, and if we hear of people moving, we will absolutely recommend they go with Bear!!

FacebookEven though Bear were not our estate agents (I wish we had used them!), they managed the sale of the property we purchased, they were fantastic! Sydney was so helpful in progressing the purchase/sale. In a chain of 7, she made it feel like a smooth and somewhat effortless process.

FacebookI could not recommend Bear estate Agents enough, they have been fabulous from start to finish! Kyle got us valued and up and on the market within a few hours and the service from the sales progression was amazing with someone at the end of the phone whenever needed and all questions answers as soon as possible! I will 100% be using them again and recommending to all my friends and family. Thank you Bear

FacebookAll the staff members we dealt with were polite and efficient. We were kept informed of progress and always got an answer when we phoned the office with a question. An excellent service for a very competitive fee.

Warm greetings. I hope God fills your heart with peace, strength, and lasting joy. I’d really appreciate it if you could keep in your prayers the brave men and women serving in conflict zones, that they may be protected and safely returned home. I would value your thoughts on this please share them.

FacebookAmazing customer service with a personal touch from Helen Wilson who chased everything that needed chasing and kept me in the loop. Everyone friendly and helpful, two completed rental flats bought. Happy customer.

FacebookOK, so when you looking at estate agents and your weighing up your options.....this decision is a no brainer!! Don't be concerned that Bears 2 price options are 'too cheap' and you won't get the level of service or coverage compared to the other 'more expensive' estate agents. Since working to sell my property with Kyle and his team this summer, I found everyone at Bear to be highly professional, super friendly and totally motivated. They provided me with whatever it took to sell my property and get us over the finish line, which was at times, above and beyond! Ask yourself one question, why pay more?? Your get nothing else for it......tried and tested. Your welcome.

GoogleExcellent friendly and professional service, our house sold within hours. We had the pleasure of dealing with Kyle throughout our house sale process and despite the number of delays from the solicitors side Kyle continuously chased the relevant parties and made the process a lot less stressful. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Kyle and the team at Bear we certainly could not have done it without you!

GoogleWe have just sold our house with Bear Estate Agents who were brilliant throughout the whole process. Before going on the market officially our house details were posted on a 'Coming Soon' part of their website to generate interest. On the first weekend, Bear had organised for 5 lots of people to view our house, one of whom who did go on to make an offer. They kept us informed throughout, even chasing our solicitor at one point. Kyle and the team were always friendly and professional. The photos taken of our house were of good quality. Overall, they provide an excellent service for a very reasonable cost. Thank you to all at Bear!

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Bear and can not thank them enough for the top quality service they provided throughout the whole process. They kept us regularly informed and worked incredibly hard in liaising with all parties involved. I am so pleased that I choose them to sell my house and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is thinking about selling their home. A huge thank you to Kyle and all the staff at Bear.

GoogleI had the pleasure of selling and buying through Bear Estate Agents. Kyle was professional, approachable, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about selling our property. At first I was hesitant to sell through someone offering such a good deal on price but decided to give them a chance and I am so glad that we did. The service that they offered went way above the experience I have had with other estate agents previously and the photos that were taken were excellent. I have recommended Bear to a number of people since, all of whom I know have also been happy with the way that their purchase/sales have been dealt with. If we move again I'll be using Bear for sure!

FacebookGreat service by Kyle and the team. A frustrating sale prior to going over with Bear but throughout the whole process the guys were helpful and reassuring. Highly recommend these guys! Best of luck for the future!

FacebookBit late with this review. Moved from Kent to Essex in March 2016 and bought our bungalow through Bears. Most helpful agents I have ever dealt with. Estate Agents never ring you back when you want to know what is happening, Bears do!! A special thanks to Sydney who was fantastic throughout. Thank you Sydney and thank you Bears. FacebookI'll try and keep this short but in my opinion if you use anything other than an Internet Agent to sell your home you are certifiably insane! Not only did Bear provide me with a level of service that was head and shoulders above any high street agent that I've dealt with in the past, I saved approximately £3k in fees in the process!! I couldn't have been happier with the whole process from start to finish. Absolute top marks to Bear and I will certainly be using them again for my next move! I can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleKyle from Bear was the estate agent responsible for the property which we have just bought. From the initial conversation , to the viewing he was friendly and informative. However it was after our offer was accepted that he came into his own. Due to our conveyancers not talking to each other the purchase started to be delayed unnecessarily. Kyle acted as liaison between both sides ensuring a simple sale , and we cannot thank him enough! Definately recommended

GoogleI can't recommend Bear highly enough when selling your house! Straight from the off their service was professional and highly effective. Kyle came round to take pictures and measurements within 2 days of us getting in touch and the pictures were of a very high standard. Our house sold within 48 hours of being advertised and this was in a large part down to the quality of our page on Rightmove which Bear set up. Throughout our sale and purchase Bear were very informative and provided regular updates with how things were progressing. Alfie in the office was professional and helpful throughout and always got back to us promptly. Sharon was also a great help with chasing solicitors and our buyers when things started to stall. It really was service above and beyond their remit as an estate agent but they were always happy to help and took away a huge amount of stress during the move. As well as this great service, their price is outstanding. It really does put other estate agents to shame that they charge the fees they do and yet aren't as comprehensive or professional as Bear. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family in the future, thanks Bear!
