TrustpilotThis estate agent took all the stress out of selling
This estate agent took all the stress out of selling my home by, taking most of the viewing’s while I was at work, updating me every step of the way with feedback from clients, 100% professional staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble from selling to progression once sold. I would certainly recommend them to anyone!

GoogleWould just like to thank, the Bear rental team, they where absolutely brilliant, can’t fault them , communication was faultless, I had Andrew pop round to view our property , he was very polite & very helpful, answering any queries I had, I was very impressed, from viewing the property to finding a tenant it was a week, unbelievable, I also dealt with Bela & Alex , they also was also very efficient returning any emails within an hour, I was going to try other agents, but after dealing with the team at Bear , I was so impressed, I didn’t bother, & the tenant they’ve found is perfect Mr E Nash

TrustpilotZoe and the Bear team were great!
Zoe and the Bear team were great, very responsive and very helpful. Zoe was great at updating me and when I advised her on the importance of my completion being a certain time she was making sure we got there and advising me on what to do! What I thought was a great touch was sharing a full list of tradesmen if I needed it which was great! I would definitely recommend Bear for anyone selling or buying. Thanks again!

GoogleWe received an exceptional service from everyone at Bear. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and they were able to negotiate a great price for our home exceeding our expectations! We hit so many bumps along the road due to our buyers solicitor but thankfully we had Sydney by our side. She constantly chased everyone for us and provided regular updates to keep our minds at ease. Sydney was simply amazing and a real credit to the team. A big thank you from me!

GoogleBear Estate Agents were a god send for us. Bear were friendly, very professional and very prompt with their services. Although we had our first sale fall through Bear was there to help us through this distressing time, they had the property back on the market very quickly, with great photos of our property we had good interest, leading to a quick second offer. Bear Estate Agents had very good communication with ourselves and all solicitors, they worked hard in all aspects and delivered an outstanding service on both occasions. I would fully recommend this company, you will not be disappointed. We had a very pleasurable experience with them.

GoogleMy elderly mother had her flat up for sale with these estate agents for almost a year. She has now gone with another agent. I have no idea how they could justify their fees, they never took clients round this was left for my daughter or my Mum to do, they used old photos for the advert, she never got feedback unless she asked, any price reduction or review was always only done on the instigation of my Mum after we said perhaps the price needs looking at as it was so slow to sell. They really seemed to have no interest in helping her get the place sold. Bizarre really. Unfortunately as a family we encouraged her in the end to change estate agents. The new ones seem a lot more pro active. Sadly I cannot recommend Bear at all
