GoogleHave never had a phone call with less than 35 minutes on hold. Left a voicemail with no followup. Dreadful communication. Baffling. And using an automated voice for your menus is infuriating. How hard would it be to recording a human? Zero stars, would not recommend.

GoogleWe have just left our flat and wanted to share a great review for Regal as we think they’ve been excellent with us throughout our whole tenancy. From the start, everything was very formally done, with clear explanations and portals for easy access of documentation and signing. It’s all been very easy. Any time we had any issue or repair, they were very immediate with their response and would send a contractor same day if they could. Every month we received confirmation of rent payments via email and anything they needed from us at any point was communicated clearly and efficiently. Having heard horror stories about London Landlords, we are very lucky that we experienced our first time renting in London with Regal and would recommend them to anyone in the area !!! :)

GoogleInventory check out report was promised by the agent to be on the same day, was processed 2 days later instead. Some iPad pictures are out of focus. I also admire the scrupulousness and effort taking pictures of 2cm hair and flagging it as a check out issue.

GoogleFrom the moment I requested a virtual viewing while we’re abroad, the service from this agency has been outstanding. Charlotte contacted me immediately after I expressed interest and arranged for videos to be taken the very next day. She was consistently responsive to all our questions, and the referencing and affordability checks through Goodlord were seamless and straightforward. We’ve been searching for apartments for about a month with mixed experiences from other agencies - viewing requests ignored, or little to no information provided. In contrast, this agency has been exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent or sell a property. They are a real credit to the landlord of the property we’re currently about to secure.

GoogleI would like to take a moment to recognise Marc and Saoire for the outstanding service they both provided throughout our purchase. They were consistently cheerful and approachable, kept us fully informed at every stage of the process, and were extremely flexible when arranging viewing times, which we really appreciated. Marc was exceptional in managing the sale of our property. He was always on top of things, proactively chasing progress where needed, and was consistently helpful and reliable throughout. Saoire supported us from the outset and assisted with our initial sale before it unfortunately fell through. She remained incredibly positive and took the time to give us helpful advice and tips on how best to market the house. At one point we lost hope, but Saoire stayed reassuring and committed, ensuring us that she would look after us. Overall, Balgores were a pleasure to work with. They were flexible, professional, and made the entire experience far easier than expected. This was very much down to the professionalism and positive attitude of the whole team.
