View AgentsDisorganised viewings and slow to release deposit
Had 5 or 6 different agents arranging viewings for the next tenant. None of them talked with each other or followed the agreed process. I had agreed one days notice before a viewing, no weekends but still got called on a Saturday with a 15 min warning and every other viewing was done with just a few hours notice. Despite adhering to the the AST, professionally cleaning the flat, leaving on time with no dispute, it took me a full 50 days to get my deposit back largely due to the agency dragging their feet and not liaising with the landlord properly. I had to eventually engage the TDS and even then they took their sweet time.

GoogleElena Ciobanu was amazing help during our move! She made the process completely stress free and helped us through all the paperwork, giving us lots of reassurance that it will all go well - and it did! Could not have asked for a better agent. Would definitely recommend to other renters!

GoogleElena and Vanessa found tenants immediately and they moved in within 10 days of taking my instruction. They were great to deal with, efficient and helpful. A really fast result. Tenants are just lovely too. Great service all round.

GoogleCharlotte Brain was incredibly friendly and super helpful as she showed me a property to rent on the Isle of Dogs. I'm new to the area so I didn't know much, but she went above and beyond explaining everything and then followed up regarding other options. Charlotte will definitely be one of the first people I contact if I'm looking for another property in the future!
