GoogleAtkinson McLeod manage and let a property for me and have done a great job so far. I don't live in the UK anymore and Shakil has done a great job to manage the property in the meantime, dealing with escalation from tenants in a timely and professional manner and always keeping me updated when any issues have been resolved. GoogleElena Cosciug is a great property manager. Any issues I have had no matter how small or big she has dealt with it quickly and efficiently. She has even visited the flat (out of hours) to resolve an issue I was having. She replies to my emails very quickly, she is very friendly whether its on the phone or in person and always happy to help. When I first moved in, I had a different property manager who did not reply to me at all, however once Elena took over it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. She is even friendly with my annoyingly needy dog :)

GoogleIt was a delight to work with MARTINA. Opposed to the other nasty and laid back agents that I had dealt with so far, Martina was EXTREMELY POLITE and prompt in helping me fight a studio. She was about to go on an annual leave and ensured that the deal was closed prior to that so that I was left in the lurch. I was happy to see her dedication towards her work! GoogleTENANTS AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS AM will constantly remind you that you are not their customer, but a mere "tenant". As such, you are expected to pay the rent, get yelled at and show patience when any sort of repairs are needed. Do not expect any service from this agency I even had to go to a lawyer to get them to fix a door that would open to a public area; anyone could enter the property and they weren't fixing it Special shout out to Imarne Simpson, rude woman who yells at you on the phone, doesn't ever try to communicate in a normal mannerNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleHaving had a bad experience with house hunting and lacking confidence in Estate agents, i decided to put off house hunting for a year. I was walking past the office of Atkinson McLeod and decided to pop in, where i met Eva Bouzaki. Although she had to rush off to an appointment straight after me, she carefully listened to my criteria, but didn't rush me. The very next day she sent me links of exactly what i was looking for and then kept in touch with me until a viewing was arranged. When she said she'd be in touch, she was (which i find to be rare these days!). I found her to be accommodating, honest and a lovely person to deal with. Thank you Eva.

GoogleLiaised with Margaret Lombard on securing the new rental property. Margaret is excellent and has a very professional approach to dealing with clients. Margaret was prompt in dealing with my queries and took the extra effort to contact the current tenant and looked up on the public websites for the gas supplier. Very customer focused and All background checks were done promptly and with ease. All in all, it was a smooth journey and I would certainly recommend Atkinson for their friendly and professional service. - Krishna

GoogleI highly recommend Atkinson McLeod estate agents due to their incredible client relationship and services skills. I was mainly dealing with Mark Johnson from Atkinson who was extremely nice, professional, spot on during negotiations, clear, straight forward and honest. I really recommend Mark as an agent to clients looking for someone to look after their tenancy choices. I would also recommend Mark for a promotion due to the level of professionalism he has shown us. They will be my letting agents for a long time.

GoogleA brilliant estate agency. Dealt with the sale of my property with extreme efficiency and sold it in one week. I had the pleasure of working with Eva and Ed. The property was photographed and marketed in a few days and viewings commenced straight away. They found a buyer in a week and Ed went through the sales process chasing solicitors and buyer info every week. We completed today (7 weeks from start to finish) which in this market in London is not easy to do. The best agency and agents I've had the pleasure to work with. I've had real problems with previous agents in canary wharf area promising they can sell the property and never delivering. Not the case with Atkinson Mcleod canary wharf branch.

GoogleShakil Khan is a very prompt and responsive Property Manager and in the period he’s been looking after the property he was really proactive in sorting out the issues I had and checking in regularly to see if there was anything else I needed - which changed my opinion of the overall quality of the service. Highly recommend him - good attitude and good customer service!

GoogleI have been living in London for 10 years and I have never dealt with a more useless and unprofessional agency. They are very nice to you when they need all the money before you move in but completely inept afterwards. I left the property beginning of June, and as soon as I left the keys I had to FIGHT to get my deposit back. Over 30 emails and phone calls and nobody would help/answer me. I had to take everything to the legal route, and they were claiming money for missing furniture that they agreed to remove with the approval of the landlord before I moved in. They stole £150 from my deposit in the end after 4 months fighting to get it back. D I S G U S T I N G.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Atkinson Mcleod takes very seriously the return of deposits to tenants after a tenancy has ended. We employ a number of people specifically to do this job and aim to return deposits in a timely manner. Atkinson Mcleod hold deposits in deposit schemes on behalf of Landlords and do not have ultimate authority to return them to Tenants. We have to rely on the TDS Tenancy deposit scheme for approval along with the Landlords before we can return any Monies. We understand this can be frustrating for all concerned. GoogleHaving used AM for a number of years I have become accustomed to their professional service at all times. As a landlord I was worried this year would prove harder than in the past to find suitable tenants in the wake of economic uncertainty in the market however Leigh Glass and Poppy Barker made the process as easy as ever. Poppy made significant effort to find several suitable tenant offers in what was a short time frame and Leigh's hands on approach both co-coordinating last minute repair works and keeping me informed throughout the whole process was invaluable. GoogleTerrible service! Our flat was not clean before we moved in! When I saw the house the previous tenant was living in there so we couldn’t see the mattresses, which where in a really bad condition. I demanded for a new mattress and they didn’t answer! They always said that the person is charge was busy or sick (so only one person can solve this?!). They are rude especially Sabrina! I do not recommend

As far as Property Managers go he has by far been the best I’ve dealt with, his willingness to solve issues in a timely manner and fantastic communication skills have been making our leasing very easy. Chris has been so helpful and always goes above and beyond.

They are both really competent and reactive which was really reassuring for a first real rental experience in the UK. It lead to a very quick process and I'm very happy with the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this agency and more specifically the professionals I dealt with.

GoogleWorst experience with an agency ever. Thankfully I didn’t end up renting anything with them as they seem very unreliable and not serious. Valentina kept telling me they had properties available and then cancelled the viewing last minute, didn’t reply to emails, and even didn’t show up for a viewing once, making me waste my time and going to a property I didn’t get to see. Would not recommend.
