GoogleI spoke to Ricky in sales regarding information I required on a few independent valuations I was conducting in Balham and Tooting, his information was extremely helpful and detailed giving me a great idea of an area I was otherwise unfamiliar with.

GoogleHorrible agency. Booking viewings over the phone and not showing up. Gave my details 3 times on the agency and over the phone, every time I call they say I am not on their system. Booking viewings for properties that are not available and not cancelling. It's just ridiculous.

GoogleAtkinson Mcleod maintenance team are utterly useless. We have contacted them numerous times via phone, email and the online complaints portal about a broken fence, a complete lack of heating during winter, a broken shower and fridge. This has been going on for over a month and not only have they failed to fix anything, they have repeatedly ignored our requests to fix different issues AND LIED to us. Different housemates have been told completely contradicting stories about why it's taken so long for things to be fixed. I would NOT recommend letting from this company.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of having Mark Johnson help us search for a new home. He was professional, honest and really helpful, and he went beyond his duty to make sure we knew all we needed to know and followed up our progress the following weeks. Many thanks.

GoogleGood service by Claire Oki and her lettings team (Aaron and James). Collectively, they were able to get me two offers in two days and Claire diligently followed up with the contract work. They were also willing to go the extra mile, in assisting with a furniture delivery on the first day of the new tenancy, to smooth the settling in process for the new tenants. Thanks.

GoogleThe guys provided me with very quick and informed answers to any query I had with regards to my tenancy. Lloyd was exemplary. When hurdles came about, Lloyd took responsibility and really calmed us down and got things sorted. His lack of BS is very refreshing
