GoogleIeva was very helpful in alerting us to the latest properties in the market and was able to find our ideal place. While the whole transaction didn't go as smoothly as we would like (purely on our part) Ieva was able to secure us the property and was always available and on hand to help

GoogleSuperb service from Sam Orme and Lloyd Newton-Cross. The boys were professional and friendly and they were exceptionally flexible during move-in - both in terms of key exchange and general letting related queries etc. I would recommend this AM for lettings and especially the lads as first point of contact. GoogleI have been dealing with both Lloyd and Ben. They are nice enough to talk to on the phone but lack of communication is utterly shocking. Three times now they have told me about properties and set up viewings. All three occasions they have failed to send me confirmation after chasing 3-4 times for each viewing. And all 3 times half hour to 1 hour before the appointed time I find out (by me calling them and asking for the address once again..) the property has already been let. On the last property when we made the appointment the day before I even specifically asked whether it is under offer of any kind and they all responded no. The worst customer service and time waster ever.

GoogleI recently had a valuation conducted on my flat in the Camberwell area.I was so grateful to have been greeted by Ben the Letting Manager, who unlike other Letting Managers that I have dealt with in the past, greeted me with a warm and friendly persona, he was very informative and trusting. Although i'm not one to often write reviews, I feel this is definitely worthy of my time, as I know how hard it is to find someone I genuinely feel I can rely on. Thanks again Ben and the team, and good luck with future business, I shall certainly be spreading a good word about you!

GoogleLeah Browne was brilliant and really went the extra mile. Being new to the area with a new job to start and a new flat to move into I was really stressed however I needn't have been as Leah was really helpful and the move went well and was handled in a very friendly and professional manor. Hopefully I won’t be moving again anytime soon but if I do I’ll definitely be using Atkinson McLeod and would certainly recommend

GoogleBe careful with them, they are very incompetent. I went for a viewing with them, the agent was late and did't have the key to the building, I had to go back again later that day. We agreed a move-in date, I paid everything, set up the move. 5 days before the move in, they told me I cannot move because they forgot to arrange for a gas certificate. I told them that it was then too late for me to extend my stay in my previous place, so I've got nowhere to stay. They said they "understand that this is difficult for me". They did not offer accommodation for the interim period, not even storage for my belongings. When I finally moved in, the flat which was supposed to be professionally clean was filthy to the extent I had pieces of food in my bed. Later they forgot to forward me a notice about the clearing out of a storage area, and I had my bike removed. They insisted they did not get the notice, but did not liaise with the maintenance company. They probably know that if you like the flat they have you can only get it through them, so they can do whatever they like to you, so again, be very careful with them.

GoogleI first met Ben McLeod during our valuation meeting at my property in Camberwell, at which he was very knowledgeable and helpful. After valuing the property accurately, he rang me the next day to set up a number of viewings for potential tenants. To my surprise, Ben arranged for a group of four students to rent the property within a week. Overall, I was very pleased with the service from Atkinson McLeod - assertive, accurate and good communication.

GoogleNo service! once the contract is signed you are on your own. Maintenance issues reported 6 months ago still not rectified. Sending emails doesn't help as the adviser is on holiday and nobody else can assist!!! Absolutely pathetic "service"

GoogleI dealt with Sam during my property search and was surprised at the level of customer service we received. He listened to our budget and what we wanted and only showed us properties that suited our requests. Very friendly and efficient- would recommend.
