GoogleRosie at Atkinson McLeod helped my by my first home and was very helpful and supportive throughout the process. During the search she took me round a few local properties in one evening which was hugely valuable to let me benchmark value and fit the search into my busy schedule. She helped me secure what I needed from the seller and took time out before the sale was complete to let me make further inspections of the property.

GoogleSam Orme - had a viewing booked with one of Sam's colleagues but since they were off sick he took over the viewing. Sam was a great help and was very knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area. Felt very comfortable with him as he seemed honest and friendly. Would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Ben (the lettings manager) assisted me and provided a very professional service. Finding a property in London was very hard, near impossible, however the team at Kennington made finding a place with ease. Highly recommend.

She was very attentive and explained everything very in detailed for us. My first impressions from the reviews on Google was not good, Ben (lettings manager) soon dispelled those fears with excellent communication, punctual viewings and excellent property finding skills. GoogleHad a very successful flat hunt with Ben from Atkinson McLeod this autumn. Easy and flexible viewing scheduling, all contract formalities and extensive report on the state of all facilities. The Agents' costs were good for London Standards too. We already recommended them to friends who are looking for flats!

GoogleRosemary Black is ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. I am a property developer with a lot of experience searching for properties and working with estate agents and I have found Rosemary to be highly professional, straightforward, well-prepared for every viewing and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She listens to what I am looking for and gets in touch with properties that she feels would suit me, rather than sending over any details on properties she's trying to shift (a rare thing!). I could not recommend her more highly - if only everyone was such a dream to work with.

GoogleYour typical London Estate Agent - unanswered Emails, lies on the phone, ... In our specific case, they also failed to communicate with the landlord about the furniture which has been removed by them (it has been accepted in the offer to remove a couple of pieces of furniture). End of the story was, that the landlord claimed around £700 for lost furniture from our deposit. The Deposit Protection Scheme made a positive decision for us in the end (we got the full deposit back). But it took around 4 months and a lot of paperwork. Never again Atkinson McLeod.

GoogleSam was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we got our dream house - he even went out of his way to do a house viewing recording when he knew we were tight on time (very high tech!) He was friendly and nothing was too big of an ask for him. He clearly had a genuine care for our house search and wanted the best possible outcome for us as prospective tenants. Diolch!!

GoogleContacted them on Friday 13/07 to arrange the viewing of 2 properties, Damian kept disappearing . He followed up on Monday, asking if I was still looking, and i replied within 20 min to his email, saying that i was and that i wanted to arrange 2 viewings. He disappeared again, I rang the office few times and I was told that someone would have called me the following morning. No one called me. I called again, it was then Tue 17/07, and I was told by a lady that both properties I wanted to see were gone and that I would have received more suggestions via email. When I received the email, 1 of the property I wanted to see was there so I called them back straight away and managed to finally arrange a viewing with Dylan for the following day at 1 pm. Today 18/07 I received another call saying that the property was taken off the market. Very disappointed, not the service I was expecting at all. WASTE OF TIME! Mattia

GoogleAvoid! Atkinson McLeod left us with nowhere to live with less than two weeks notice. We understand some things are out of estate agent's hands, but the service and treatment we received made the whole experience particularly upsetting. We were told everything had been accepted - and they were just waiting for the landlord's signature. We gave in our notice to where we were living at the time, booked days off work to move, and hired a van. The letting agent (who's mentioned in some of the negative reviews below) came up with a range of reasons why the landlord was being slow at signing. The landlord was unable to talk as he was driving, he was away in Singapore with 'bad signal', he was on holiday in Greece.... but still he assured us everything would go through. We also lost out on another flat we liked, as we were assured everything would be going through when we questioned whether we should go for our second option. Two weeks before we were meant to move in, we received a call from said letting agent on Friday night at 5.30pm, telling us he thinks the landlord is going to sell the flat instead but he's not sure as he's abroad (insert new holiday destination here) - and there might still be a chance. He said he would let us know on Monday. I call up on Monday - the main office line, as you can hardly get through to direct numbers and barely get a response by email, and am told by his colleague that the landlord's confirmed he wants to sell. I have to chase to find out we're going to have nowhere to live in two weeks? I have to chase for my money back? We didn't receive one apology and had to chase the whole time. AVOID IF YOU WANT TO FIND SOMEWHERE TO LIVE
