Despite not having found my place through Atkinson McLeod, their team was great, in particular Lloyd who always made an effort to find and suggest the right place. Unfortunately some of these locations were out of our budget which kind of made it pointless to visit given that we were out of our depth, but nonetheless, we were getting closer to what we wanted to be our home. I've noticed some people have had bad experiences, but I can honestly say we had zero problems. From Lloyd showing up on time, to the kind of property we wanted and returning my deposit back.

These agents sum up everything wrong with renting in London. After paying fees they had no involvement in the upkeep of the property. They have made no attempting at resolving issues between tenants and landlords but instead they used scare tactics and lies to get as much money from the tenants as possible. Be extremely careful if renting one of their property's as they are not there to help tenants only to exploit them as much as possible.

London is not an easy place to find a flat to rent in and we weren't looking forward it. However, Ieva from AM made it really easy. She was super helpful and very friendly throughout the process. We got the second flat we saw with AM only because of Ieva - she allowed us to put a deposit on the flat before we saw it as I couldn't make the viewing. We would never have got the flat without her help. She was also willing to show us round the flat a second time and then arranged for us to meet the landlord and take some measurements before we moved in, making the painful moving process a lot less painful! There are other things about AM we don't like e.g. extortionate agent fees, and we are reserving judgement on the 'property management' process, having only been here for 2 weeks. But so far, everyone we have actually spoken to at AM (rather than email) has been helpful, polite and friendly.

I don't even know where to begin. We just moved to our new property two weeks ago and already had soooo many problems with this agency. There's no communication between them, me and my husband receive calls from different people there asking the same things or giving different information about the same issue. They usually don't do what they say they are going to do and when they actually do, is because you've sent emails and called everyone there hundreds of times! Last night we went there to pick up one of our keys at 6:49pm and they were already closed. They have a huge sign in their door saying it closes at 8pm. Then we called to all the numbers we already have from them and no one answers. We left several messages and they don't even come back to you to ask for sorry or to say whatever they have to say! I just called them and apparently they close at 7pm!! hahaha hilarious! In their website they wrote "While the rest of the industry goes home, we are still available" - What a joke!! It's not just the worst agency, is the worst service I've ever seen after living in several countries in the world. The previous tenants told us the agency was a nightmare, but we never imagined it would be so bad straight away! It's not even the landlord's fault, but this agency just makes you regret your decision to move to your new house.
