GoogleGreat Help from Megan recently when finding a new flat to rent, I'd seen 3 different agents from other agencies around London that were quite frankly useless. Megan has been very helpful and quick to get back to me when required. If I manage to get a deposit saved I would definitely consider buying through the same agent.

GoogleFound a nice flat through Atkinson McLeod. Alexandra Jaupart was my consultant and all the rental process went very well.

GoogleAtkinson McLeod, Wapping Office, know the local market extremely well, for both sales and lettings. On the lettings side, Ed Gosling is one of the key players in the area. He has a well-earned reputation for finding for landlords the right tenants, at the right price, very quickly.

GoogleI rented a property through this agency and was delighted with the services . I had been looking at various properties through different agencies and was by far , most impressed with Atkinson Mcleod due to their attentiveness , motivation to help find and kindness. We were personal with Megan, whom went out her way to help us and make sure we got the property best suited to us, rather than just making a sell. I will be using them in future and recommend them to other renters and buyers.

GoogleI would definitely recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to rent or buy a property. I was taken around by Megan who was very friendly and honest about each property we visited. The agency had a vast portfolio of properties and the great news is that in no time at all me and my partner found our dream home!

GoogleI wanted to let my property in the city, after having a few not so great experinaces with a few other local agents I found Ed Gosling ! I Can honestly say I've never had a better experience and service! Right from day one my property was on the market at a great price and within just a few days they had not only found me tenants at the asking price but had also moved them in without a hitch. I would recommend this Estate Agent to anyone and everyone who's looking to rent there property! Thank you so much Ed! :)

GoogleHad a great experience with them. The negotiator's name who was helping me to make my decision was Manon. She was very patient and helpful in terms of negotiating and saving time and simply making the process easy and pleasant. Unfortunately, due to my own circumstances I ended up not taking the flat. So what I really appreciated was such a professional reaction, great support and zero problems with refunding my deposit. Also, the properties they have in Central East are simply amazing. Definitely coming back. Thank you Manon!

GoogleI have been really impressed by your knowledge, expertise, advice and management through the whole process. Ultimately you sold our property for a great price with the minimum of hassle. My experience from my first meeting with you and through the entire process has been first class. I’ve also recommended you to our friends in the area who are looking to sell their properties.

GoogleLloyd Newton-Cross was fantastic to deal with. He was able to give a viewing at really short notice, and was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my queries for the property. He helped me get the property I wanted and was then remained really responsive afterwards, and was a big help during the referencing, always being friendly and professional. Certainly the best agent I've dealt with in London.

GoogleI had some problems with the agency itself, however I had a great experience with the agent (Alexandra Jaupart) who was very helpful and friendly

GoogleIf you want to wait over one month for your deposit, go ahead. The entire team is inconsiderate of your situation anytime it comes to moving out. All the employees are rude as well. If you can avoid them please do.

GoogleVery helpful and professional estate agent. Top mark !

GoogleVery unprofessional, I went to the estate agency because I had arranged a viewing, once there, the agent was not in and after waiting, the lady at the office told me that the agent was not going to come and the property was already rented since the previous day. It was such a waste of time. I will not recommend this agency.

GoogleIt's tough enough trying to sell a property these days and it really helps if the agent you are using knows what they'd doing. Adam was excellent, kept following through and doing his ake it all happen--which it eventually did.

GoogleWe've had a lovely experience with Perla and Ben in the rental process so far. Always quick to answer emails and able to assist with any queries!

GoogleMy experience with Atkinson McLeod was as a buyer for a property they were representing on behalf of the seller. I had been looking for a property for a long time and they were much more straight forward than other estate agents I had dealt with which led me to making and having an offer accepted very quickly. The purchase soon ran into administrative difficulties between solicitors that lasted months. Out of frustration I called Adam Salem at Atkinson and within two weeks the purchase was closed thanks to his help. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Adam is a honest and experienced straight shooter, rare to find these days in property.

GooglePerla, one of the letting agents here, truly went above and beyond to help us get our lovely new home organised in a very short time span. Wonderful service and a really good property portfolio!
