GoogleI frequently deal with the Wapping sales office and find them a pleasure to work with. I find Izabella Somogyi to be a very proactive Estate Agent who always strives to get the best deal for her vendors and ensure their sales go through with the minimum fuss.

GoogleTerribly managed, totally unprofessional. DO NOT USE unless you want a headache and constant problems with your flat that are never dealt with. I'd put money on the fact the good reviews here are faked.

GoogleVery friendly before signing contract but in case of problem they are able to let you without heater during 1 week whith minus temperature outside. Megan is very efficient when it's about harass you for paying rent or deposit but volontary don't answer during few days when it is for a major problem like no heater. Basically if it's a task which imposes her to work (not for collect money), she's suddenly absent.
