GoogleThe agent Perla was super friendly and professional when I was shown around the property and so so helpful getting everything sorted for us! Wouldn't have got the house without her being 100% on the ball, willing to help out and field all our calls.

GoogleTHEY DON'T TAKE CARE OF THE CLIENT, AT ALL! To them we are just people who pay rent, they use to reply to each request saying "LANDLORD SAID/LANDLORD DECIDED/LANDLORD AGREED/DISAGREED" not even trying to get the best for a person who has been a 2 years client. If you want to renew they say that the landlord decided to change tenancy because he wants to increase the price but then they rent the flat for £200 LESS; if you try to negotiate on the deposit refund asking for a reasonable deduction (even though the flat at the move in was in a VERY BAD conditions - NOT CLEAN, NOT ALL LIGHTS WORKING ETC..) they get back to you without even trying to find the best solution for you but just saying that landlord agreed on an amount (a huge one) and that 's it, quoting a cleaning for 180£ which is ridiculous and I could go on and on and on. They will hear back from me because it's unacceptable their unprofessional behaviour, the role of an agency is to be an intermediate between landlord and tenant but they don't do anything, they are useless. They blame landlords for any kind of decision, I would stay away from them both as a tenant and as a landlord.

GoogleAdam Salem was attentive, extremely helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile. We went with Atkinson McLeod after another agency seemed to be less interested, despite what we were told. I should be very happy to work with Adam again: he knows the area and the market, and takes pride in his work.

GoogleHaving just completed the sale of my property I am really pleased I have decided to use Atkinson McLeod opposed to one of the larger chains. Found Adam very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Adam always kept me up-to-date and was easy to work with. Fantastic service from start to finish and I would not hesitate in recommending Adam to anyone looking to sell.

GoogleHorrible, please avoid. Incompetent workers thats all I can say. Nothing about it is easy or clear. It is my first experience with and estate agente and I have to say couldn't be more dissapointed. The agent semed amazing and super friendly until he has you under is claws, after that everything goes bad, we had all kind of things... from the agent 'forgeting' that had an appointing with us and saying that he thought it was the next day so he couldn't make it (and us waiting in front of the door), the address on the contract was wrong, misscommunication, lack of communication, arranged a day to get the keys and no word from the agent, until that same morning (we were supposed to pick up the keys at 10am!) the agent (doesn't even bother to call) drop us an email saying the office is closed in the morning and that he is just there in the afternoon from two... So this to say, this agents do not consider you first at all, are rude, unprofessional and couldn't care less. AVOID as the flats are usually in more than one agency at the same time.

GoogleMy girlfriend enquired after a property in Stockwell. Arranged a viewing. Day of viewing, called to confirm it, but got no answer from either the office or Lloyd, the agent she was dealing with. Turned up to the viewing anyway, having taken time off work, only to have him no-show. Called the office a few more times, and finally got through to someone, who said that Lloyd was off sick. Shockingly poor communication, materially worse off for having dealt with them.
