GoogleTom from the Kennington Office keeps in regular contact with great properties in the local area. Fantastic service.

GoogleAdam was on the ball and kept the process of my flat sale moving efficiently from offer to completion
5/5
GoogleWe dealt with Adam with our purchase. From start to completion he kept both vendor and us informed to make sure the sale progressed quickly. Any hiccups we encountered he tried to find out where the ‘problem’ was to make sure it was resolved to get to exchange. Am happy to recommend.

GoogleWent through Atkinson Mcleod for help in renting. I needed something done far in advance in a good location. Tom Holland gave me a call for a viewing and helped me secure the tenancy agreement. From my experience the agent was prompt, honest and thorough.

GoogleAfter a number incompetent Estate Agents had failed to secure buyers or lost buyers for us, Adam at Atkinson McLeod was the one go to estate agent to see the sale process through. Adam found us a solid buyer, ensured we were kept constantly in the loop throughout the whole process and secured the sale of the property in double quick time. No hesitation in recommending Adam and Atkinson McLeod.

GoogleWorst experience with an agency ever. Thankfully I didn’t end up renting anything with them as they seem very unreliable and not serious. Valentina kept telling me they had properties available and then cancelled the viewing last minute, didn’t reply to emails, and even didn’t show up for a viewing once, making me waste my time and going to a property I didn’t get to see. Would not recommend.

GoogleHaven't make a refund for the deposit after landlord accept another offer. It was promised that it would be in 3-5 working days, however, already 6 working days passed and I still can't get my money back from them...

GoogleWe met with Amit J who showed us a property that we were keen on. Amit was courteous, helpful and answered all our questions being sure to mention that he was not sure on things that he did not have information on immediately. Amit was one of the best agents we came across in our property search and we would definitely recommend him.
