GoogleVery unprofessional, I went to the estate agency because I had arranged a viewing, once there, the agent was not in and after waiting, the lady at the office told me that the agent was not going to come and the property was already rented since the previous day. It was such a waste of time. I will not recommend this agency.

GoogleAn agent at the balham office treated my mother, who is in her 70s, in a very distressing way during an phone call after she politely informed him she had decided not to use their services. After telling this man that she felt bullied by the way he was talking to her, he continued his tirade. I contacted Dan McLeod to raise a complaint but he was never available, I left voicemails and these were ignored. Pretty shameful frankly.

GoogleWe have used AM to fully manage our property for the first time. However it now turns to be really disappointing. When the tenant reported a maintenance issue, AM did not do a proper check with the tenant and passed mis-leading information to us, as well as a ridiculous cost estimate. Luckily that we found out the actual issue which is covered by our energy provider and eventually got it fixed for free! It stoped AM from further wasting money on this! Will definitely not use them further after the current contract finishes.

GoogleThis review is for Philip Bullman - the estate agent who recently sold me my first flat. I have to recommend Philip's service in the highest terms possible. From my first viewing, he handled my purchase with a phenomenal level of expertise and experience, as well as with urgency to move things along quickly.
Philip stands out, however, for his immense patience and kindness. He went out of his way time and again to help me (and I really needed the help, as I barely knew what I was doing!). He visited the property with me to take curtain measurements. He dealt patiently and compassionately with a few hairy moments along the way.
Maybe the best mark of Philip as a great person to deal with is the way he visited the flat days after completion once I'd actually moved in - to help me figure out how to work the boiler.
I feel very indebted and thankful to him and hope to buy or sell a property again with him one day. His great integrity overturns the unfair, negative and prevalent general stereotype of estate agents.

GoogleDealing with Adrian who is the ‘renewals manager’ (although not entirely sure what he does apart from send unprofessional and incorrect information over email). We have experienced some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced. He is rude , unprofessional, unhelpful and unapologetic . Errors with our contract going back and fourth and we were made to feel like we were in the wrong , to the point of feeling threatened and no one has apologised to us . I will never deal with this estate agent again . AVOID
