GoogleKatie did a fine job of showing me the property and acting as middle person with an overseas vendor. Informative, respond quickly and warmly, and probably equally persuasive on both side when we bargained LOL. I bought the property with minimal hassle.

GoogleWorst move in experience of my life!! Atkinson McLeod took my money for first months rent and security deposit and did not meet the conditions of offer (professionally clean of the property and bed). STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! Renters and buyer beware. They will take your money and leave you hanging to dry. Pictures are proof of the condition of my flat the day I moved in - disgusting conditions!!!

GoogleRude and unprofessional, especially Marius. Didn't show up for a scheduled viewing and didn't let me know he wasn't there, so I ended up having to wait for 30 mins in the rain just to find out they had lied about the flat and it was actually a studio when it was advertised as a 1-bed. Complete waste of time.

The market is tough but he made the whole thing seem easy and straightforward and was always availble to help. We would thoroughly recommend him either for buying or selling.

FacebookDISGUSTING! Atkinson Mcleod have been harassing me since 2008 when I posted an enquiry for a lettings agent on Right Move. 11 YEARS!!! I have contacted all of the offices via email and telephone. I have contacted all of the managers. I have contacted their head office and still the harassment persists because they have their heads so far up their own *rses that they don't care about customers. Now I've been forced to report them to nada and the Property Ombudsman. AM, you're a bunch of useless, egotistical cowboys.
If I needed a lettings agent, I would NEVER use this lot

Very informative and patient when answering our hundreds of silly questions! Made the process straight forward and was always available to attend the property or take us for a viewing.

GoogleWorst experience with an agency ever. Thankfully I didn’t end up renting anything with them as they seem very unreliable and not serious. Valentina kept telling me they had properties available and then cancelled the viewing last minute, didn’t reply to emails, and even didn’t show up for a viewing once, making me waste my time and going to a property I didn’t get to see. Would not recommend.
